Terrible place of "business"; took my money and ran without providing any services. I had a appt and when I arrived there was a hand written note saying they were going to the doctor and wouldn't be back until a hour after my appt! I have called multiple times to try to reschedule and they will not call back. This place is a complete fraud and should be avoided at all costs. Very disappointed and hope groupon responds to my email requesting a refund.

I bought the Groupon for my daughter as a birthday gift. She has not been there yet because they told her she couldn't book an appointment until October 19th. She told me that the lady who answered was super rude and asked her why she couldn't come in on a weekday to which she replied that she works. I was a little concerned about the reviews I had read but reserved judgement until she actually went. I am not so sure whether this is a business Groupon wants to associate it's name with and I will be sure to let you guys know how her actual spa day went.
