I was told that my Groupon didn't show entirely on their system so the owner told me to reschedule for the second time and then she was very limited on scheduling. She wasn't available on weekends for the service I wanted and she then said she'd make an exception on the specific day/time I was able to make it. Was very turned off and disappointed and didn't feel comfortable; super unprofessional.
