They did an amazing job with my car. The manager was very accommodating. I would recommend calling ahead of time and schedule first.

Very disappointed. Had 1st appointment of day and arrived before they even opened. In spite of this it took 8.5 hours they said because they're very busy. If I had first appointment this doesn't make sense. Quality of work was poor on interior & exterior. The list is too long to even go through here, but had to have several things corrected before driving off. Quality was sub-par.

The car detail was excellent. My 16 year old car had basically every surface touched. Value was definitely there, the work had to have taken many many hours to complete. 1 star off for the communication, they are very very hard to get a hold of on the phone to schedule to find out if the car is done. Also, maybe this is every car detailing as I have never had one before, but the surface conditioner was very heavy and wet to the touch...my seats are like slip and slides now. Going in I might have asked what conditioner options they had available to possibly avoid this. Also, I paid $40 to have them clean the engine and it looked absolutely amazing afterward...like brand new.

They used so much of their detailing fluid that they damaged the sensors that control my airbags. When I confronted them, they denied any wrong-doing and had the audacity to speak Spanish to each other in front of me. When asking to speak to the owner, I never got a call back. Stay away at all costs!!!
