Close to casino, average units. We booked this hotel because we had tickets to a concert at the nearby Northern Quest Casino. I had thought there would be 2 couples so we booked a 2 bedroom suite. The other couple cancelled, so we only needed a 1 bedroom. I tried several times to change the booking but was unable to, because they were full (certainly not their fault). I called the hotel the day before to see if we could get early check-in and the person I spoke to said, "no problem at all". We could check in at 2 pm. We arrived around 2:30 and the gal at the desk didn't know anything about my previous request. She very kindly did allow us to check-in but we were put in a wheel chair accessible room, which was not our original booking. The room had an unpleasant odor (it smelled like feet), but I had some Febreze fabric spray, so I sprayed the carpets and it was better after that. It was very dark in the unit, one small window in the living room and dark colors. Upon close inspection, the tub did not look extremely clean (I could see a ring around the bottom), but it was hard to tell because it was so dark. There is nowhere to sit outside the unit. The shower ran out of hot water after 1 shower. I had reasonably short shower and there was no hot water after me, for my husband. We booked transport to the concert using the Casino's shuttle service. It did not show up when promised, we had waited 20 minutes and were getting nervous we would be late for the show, so we opted to drive. This is not a comment on the hotel, as they had nothing to do with this service. Just beware if you are staying for a concert, you might want to drive. We ended up finding parking at the Casino, no problem. My only other comment is that there was nothing to wash dishes with, other than an old worn out dirty looking sponge. A new clean sponge for each guest would be appreciated. Pros, close to the casino, plenty of space, helpful front desk staff, bed was ok Cons, could be cleaner, no outside seating, not enough hot water, dark decor.

DISGUSTING AND UNSAFE Our room was disgusting... stained/scratched/dirty tables throughout, mold on the shower head, grease all over the TV remote, a filthy and loud ac unit, dirty handprints on the doors. We realized (after the office closed) that the front door was damaged from what appeared to be a prior break-in attempt with a crowbar (see photos). Discovered this is an extended-stay hotel with a parking lot full of construction trucks and loud guests next door arguing late into the night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, ESPECIALLY TO WOMEN TRAVELING ALONE.

Horrible front desk staff The wifi is so slow it's not even worth using. The front desk person, Shawna, makes you feel like an idiot when you talk to her and the blonde woman with the clipboard is so rude. The hotel itself was nice and clean but the people who run it are insufferable. Will not be recommending to anyone nor staying again for them alone.

Disappointed family, locked out of room at midnight 5 of us checked in after a late flight into Spokane. Part of the family was able to get into their room but the other part was locked out as our key cards never worked. As soon as we checked in at midnight, the staff left. We tried calling the “emergency number” - NO Answer… I left 3 messages with no call back! When we went to “check-out” of the room we didn’t even stay in, the front desk staff asked if I called the emergency line. I responded Yes, 4 times! All she said was Hmmm, I’ll have to look into that. She did end up refunding my one suite… well I should think so! That’s the least they could do!?? I mean, considering we stood in the parking lot for 30 minutes, had to go find another hotel with availability at 12:45am, and that there was no answer on the so called emergency line after a long flight, you’d think the hotel personnel would be extremely apologetic… nope, nothing until I was on the way out the door when she finally said, sorry about that. I’m just writing a review to warn customers that if you get locked out of your room or have a different emergency after midnight, you’re probably screwed…

Old and tired. Dingy, scuffed up paint on all walls, no plug for the bath tub, only 2 of 4 burners worked. Plumbing from neighboring suite is so loud it woke me up when they flushed in the middle of the night, can’t access the lobby for “free coffee” or ice until the office opens at 9am. Everything is old and tired looking but bed is comfortable enough.
