Never stay here again The staff needs additional training. We tried to accessing the internet from our room. Would not accept our login. Tried calling the front desk. The phone was disconnected. The person checking us in did not complete the process so we could not use the internet. There was NO soap in the shower soap dispenser. The HVAC was extremely noisy. We dropped our keys in the box at the check-in desk as we had to leave early. Never received an email receipt several hours later. Called the hotel. The front desk clerk never checked us out.

DO NOT BOOK This hotel is one of the absolute worst Hampton Inns I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely filthy with a staff that did not care. The price I payed for this hotel outrageous. The city health department should be notified about the breakfast bar.

find another location away from airport This hotel is extremely dated (think it was going through a remodel when we were there - so it may have improved some)... but the rooms were NOT clean and the beds were uncomfortable... miserable stay. It was also very hard to get out of the hotel because it's right on the main road to the airport with constant heavy traffic. The area felt run down in general and unsafe. I wouldn't stay here again.

Don’t go now or ever Under renovation. Called day of check in to confirm shuttle to airport times. Discussed last run etc. once arrived that is when told they don’t have a shuttle service because they haven’t been able to find a driver The renovated room didn’t have the bathroom fan hooked up nor the tv the microwave had to be taken out of cabinet ( that took up most of the room) and placed on top of the counter to use as there is no way to plug it in otherwise. Ac needs replacing. Made horrible noises all night. Only working ( installed ) ice maker on first floor. Only one elevator working. ( also used for the freight. And work began at 7 am on a Sunday morning Nothing like a saw, drill and hammers to welcome you on your only day to sleep in Definitely don’t recommend. At least not

Quick one night stay Booked this hotel as my daughter and I were driving down to fly out of the Knoxville airport on the following morning at 5am. We arrived and noticed that the hotel was going through a renovation which honestly didn't bother me, just simply means the hotel will be improving and getting better. We checked in and given the keys to our room, 314. When we arrived the housekeeper was still in the room since the cart was still outside in the hallway, I popped my head into the room and she acknowledged me very politely but in a way that I noticed she has gotten beat up about. Advised her that I am more than happy to come back and that it was not an issue at all! She welcomed us into the room and we stayed out of her way as she finished in the bathroom; politely exited and wished us a very good night. They had finished all the floors but one in terms of the rooms of the renovation and we stayed in one of the new ones. Very bright, plenty of both AC power and USBs throughout the room so charging before our flight was very easy. Had a very pleasant sleep although the humidity was horrible. We checked out the next morning and made note of two things for the contractors to go back and fix which were there was no thermostat on the wall and there was some minor wall damage next to the bed; check out was a breeze and simple to get to the airport in the morning. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we left before it was put out. All in all given the circumstances I would stay here again and want to mention that the housekeeper who was cleaning our room did a wonderful job!!! I also relayed this information to Hilton directly and named the employee there.
