Great stay when attending Mark Center events The facility is large and very conveniently located near the Mark Center, Alexandria. Attending an event at the center was easy—a short walk around the corner and down the street, then across the street and up an escalator. The women who greeted me at reception were all wonderful-I’d been traveling all day, so it was nice to be taken care of (thanks especially to Dinda!) The room was great-it was spacious, very clean, quiet, and it had a lovely view from the windows—I felt quite safe and the linens/bed were perhaps the most comfortable out of all the hotels in which I’ve stayed…which is saying a lot! Esther and the whole crew at breakfast were the best—thank you for all the attention you paid to me and the other diners—the spread was great, and the waffle and omelette options on Friday…what a treat!

Great Spot Stayed here as we moved our daughter into her new place. Very close to her apartment complex, food, sites, etc. The hotel was very busy over the weekend as a conference center, but overall, it was a very good stay. My only complaint is that there are no fans in the bathroom. Makes showers very steamy and takes forever to cool down. The daily credit for my diamond status was appreciated. The sushi bar on site was very good. It's not too bad for pricing. Overall, nice stay, and we would return.

No complaints This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel due to the proximity to the location I was working at for the week. I really have no complaints. My stay was normal and as expected. The only comment I really have is breakfast was the same everyday except on Saturday they had an omelette and waffle station.

Stuck in elevator and no help from front desk I'm very disappointed in this establishment. There are 30 floors with each with an ice machine, 25 of them didn't work!!!! Ridiculous! My wife and several other people were stuck in an elevator for almost hour!!!! To the point where the fire department was dispatched. After another almost 30mins of the fire department getting the doors open, all of them went upstairs to tell the front desk. Only to be told it was their fault that they got stuck in the elevator, despite them being well below the posted maximum capacity. The maintenance person was rude and very inconsiderate with no sympathy for what just happened to us! No help at all from anyone at the hotel

Conference Stay I was at this hotel due to a conference. The staff here was friendly but the servers during our meals were not. One person sitting at the table I was got up to do something and returned , the server had moved his salad plate after she was told that the person was returning. She still removed it. She did replace it but we all thought that was inappropriate. Your hotel rooms were clean but dated. The lights in the rooms were dim and the bathrooms were out dated....even the doors needed work. A renovation is desperately needed The restuarant was closed one night and it closes early. However, the waitress who served us was great in spite of the amount of people waiting. She was calm and professional. Your staff need to be more aware about what restaurants are open in the area when your restaurant closes. And everyone does not do doordash. Overall the stay was alright. Many thanks to your friendly staff.
