Can’t wait to come back Great Staff, experience, and service! Everyone was very nice & helpful! Beautiful hotel aesthetics! The place was clean and very close to a lot of restaurants & shops. I would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation. I highly recommend

Excellent It's a lovely hotel with super friendly staff and sophisticated decor. However, it is undergoing some work, so when we were there, the restaurant was not open, just the cafe and a sort of pop-up bar in the corner of the cafe. Good location—I enjoyed the stay and would return there if I were back in Alexandria.

Nigel is great I decided to try this hotel out as I've seen multiple great reviews. When I came here, the experience was amazing from the valet parking to checking in. Everyone Was warming and comforting. They made the experience top notch. I will definitely be back as the rooms and amenities are truly beautiful. They are definitely blessed to have Nigel working for them because any questions that I had anything that I needed he was more than helpful. Thank you.

A Hidden Gem The AKA is a wonderful gem tucked away on the far end of Old Town. From the incredibly friendly staff to the intimate little bar. The hotel was then perfect spot to stay during my visit to see my daughter and her family. The service was helpful but not intrusive. The location is excellent for arriving in/departing from Reagan and walking distance to almost anything you might need in a pinch. Highly recommend it!

Under major reconstruction! Under Construction. NO common areas. You get a makeshift reception, an elevator and a plain hallway with poor lighting, and a noisy AC unit. Honestly, they should close until they can provide a proper facility. Even at half-price which we were given after sharing our concerns we still relocated. It used to be a Holiday Inn, and I suspect that the photos on their website are digitally created or taken from a different place. I am not sure how long the construction will last, they claim to have started the last week and a half in June of 2024.
