Riviera Motel

Dirt and mold One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been, let alone the mold on the walls and the furniture that should have been replaced couple centuries ago. I can't imaging that people actually gave it more then one star. The only extra star they deserve is for location. It is about 15-20 minutes walking to Disneyland.

rude and disrespectful owner, worst customer service i’ve ever received horrible service: i was at the airport and my flight was cancelled one hour before the departure time with no other flights leaving for over 24 hours. i called the riviera motel specifically asking for a credit to stay at a later date, NOT a refund. the owner continually shouted “no refunds” at me because my booking was non refundable as of two days prior. well, my flight was not cancelled two days ago and now i have no way to get there. he said something that i couldn’t understand, so i asked him to repeat himself and he hung up on me. i called him back a second time and told him how unprofessional it was that he hung up on me, and he interrupted me several times to tell me that my booking is non refundable. i told him that i will be cancelling all future bookings at this hotel and taking my business elsewhere, and he hung up on me again. this would have been my 3rd stay at the riviera motel this year, and i had another booking planned later in september. he did not offer to work with me and my situation at all. if this is how a repeat customer is treated at this motel, i will be taking my business to literally any other hotel on the block and advise you to do the same.

Good Location not so clean. Great location as to Disneyland. There was not any security as stated. Room size was good however the bedding was not so clean, stains on the bedspread. toilet seat was very loose. No coffee, No breakfast not even continental. Management was very friendly.

Life is too short to stay a night at this PLACE! Nasty everything is worn down dirty and unsafe. At the front desk there is a sign that say "No prostitutes" Gaps so wide on the front door gaps someone could easily slide a credit card and undue latch. Spend $15 more a night and stay at Extended stay nearby its much better. Riviera Motel is Sad and you dont want to feel Sad on your Vacation.

They won't let you park there after you check out Stayed at Riviera Motel in Anaheim with a friend in 2019. Room was clean but smelled too much like air freshener which was annoying. It is less than a mile walk to Disneyland and we planned to keep our car there after we checked out until the end of the day BUT THEY WOULD NOT LET US. The is first hotel in the area that did not let us do so. So we had to park at the Disneyland parking garage for $25.
