Please just drive by to a REAL Hotel. If the price is too good to be true, It Is! Saving $40 was just going to be too good to be true. Arrival to the hotel the outside looked no different. Walking into the hotel, sign on the pool door, "Pool Closed". Going to the 2 room suite with the fireplace. Something was wrong, something was missing.... The Fireplace. It was taken out of the fake brick corner section of the wall and replaced with a black sheet of metal that was screwed in covering the hole. When speaking to the staff and requesting some type of compenstation, "the manager is not here so I can not do anything about the price". "It is summer so you shouldn't need the fireplace". "I can give you another room with a jacuzzi on any of the three floors". This was the only 2 room suite with a fireplace, so moving to another room would be pointless. So I just declined and went back to the room. While using the Jacuzzi that night we noticed only 2 of the blowers were only producing any pressure to circulate the water, again it was just supposed to be a night to relax and get away, we weren't going to make this a big deal during the time. The stain on the foot end of the comforter was unsettling and I didn't bring it up, I just wanted to try and enjoy our time away from the day to day chaos of life. Waking up in the morning we were looking forward to a quick breakfast and off to the next adventure. The juice machine was out of order only offering guests. Milk and coffee, neither of those I drink. So I chewed my self made waffle and had a water in my room from the day before. We showered and headed out. This will be the last time I will step foot in that hotel, and AmericInn no has given me a sour taste in my mouth. I'll be looking elsewhere for my hotel needs. I am not the type of person that will complain, I was not and will not be rude to staff (I know they don't have any control of what is happening in the surroundings) but shame on the owner of this hotel for even allowing the hotel to be open while they are doing this intense of upkeep (which is what I hope is happening).

Don't stay here This hotel is worn out and dirty. There is no water slide, pool table or furniture in the pool area. The whirlpool is broken but not properly roped off so kids want to play in it. The guest room was old and dirty. The breakfast was not restocked. Stay somewhere else!

BEWARE!!!! Proceed with caution. Hot tub is "broken", but has been broken for 1.5 years. The sauna has loose boards, very unsafe. A big rusty bolt was found in the pool. One of the kids in our group got a metal sliver in the pool. ALL ice machines are down. There are ceiling tiles in the pool area that are falling off. The rooms were fine, very basic. Breakfast was minimal, but better than nothing. We will not return until some repairs are made. The desk staff do not care and do not want to hear about it. I am shocked the chain allows this type of reputation. Yikes.

Milking the golden cow with no upkeep Many of the amenities were broken or not available and we were not informed of these facts prior to arrival. For example, the hot tub has been out of commission for months and all ice machines were inoperable. The toilet in our room “auto-flushed” every five minutes, which was very annoying during the night time hours. Several light fixtures were out or lacking covers. Our refrigerator handle was taped together with masking tape. Finally, an alarm system was screeching loudly in the entryway when we departed.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! This place is a dump. Room keys wouldn't work, one door lock wouldn't lock at all, you could just turn the handle and walk right in. Broken air conditioners hanging out in the hallway. Hot tub still broke after a year. Juice machines broke, no hot water in breakfast area. Tables were dirty in breakfast area. Ice machines broke on every floor. Very limited seating in pool area. Vending machine wasn't stocked very full
