Nice Hotel Great Customer Service and Friendly, I will return because of Morgan B. We called for more towels and she made sure we received them and was willing to help us find a spot to hang at because we from Florida!! The hotel is great and very nice, will return soon!

Cannot believe this is a Hilton Brand Hotel I cannot believe this was a Hilton brand hotel. Overall, this is the worst Hilton property we have ever stayed at. Check-in took an excessively long time, and the receptionist seemed indifferent to her job. We checked in on Wednesday evening, and despite having a room reserved, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate our reservation. As a result, we were given a room of lower quality than we had paid for, without any adjustment in the price. The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, with multiple cars in front emitting marijuana smoke. The elevators were incredibly slow, leading to many guests, including us, complaining about the long wait times. Initially, the room appeared to be acceptable, but upon entering the bathroom, we found the toilet uncleaned with urine on the toilet seat and floor. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Ok I did not have the greatest stay here. Called the hotel shuttle twice & got assurance it’s on the way, but after waiting almost an hour I hopped on another hotel shuttle close by to get there. Once there I noticed a musty smell in my room. I went to switch & the new one on another floor had the same smell. On a positive note the room was newly redone & clean. I however will not be staying here again.

Nice people! Yolanda and the manager were great! Super friendly. They were helpful and very welcoming. After a long day of arduous travel and a last minute stay at this location, I was very pleased. The room was a little dated but changes have been made to keep up.

Great early morning experience Yolanda was great when she checked us in at 2AM! Honestly in two decades I've never had a early morning check-in that was so friendly at a Hilton property. Rooms were great, very clean and exactly what we needed after being awake over 36 hours.
