Stay away from this place ! Based of reviews i Expected that this place will be clean and nice . Rooms had an unpleasant smell and visible stains on the carpet. We got bloody sheets and water was not draining in the bathtub :( Stay way from this place !!!!!!!!!!

Building Needs Refurbing - Staff (Esp Manager DJ) was Excellent My grandfather was in the hospital on the base, so this hotel was an economical and close option for visiting with him. The building seems to be in need of refurbishment, so I can't give it 5 stars (although it was clean and nice just needs a little TLC). However, DJ (one of the managers who was working the two evenings my family and I stayed at the hotel) was AMAZING. He took care of whatever we needed (including showing us how the TVs worked) and was always pleasant. Great customer service!!

cross county trip Took forever to check in. Hotel needs updating. Nobody attending breakfast foods. Ran out of bacon and nobody there to replenish. Items. Juice machine completely $1 for Richmond transportation fee?????

Quiet room, decent breakfast, but road noise at night while sleeping We stayed here while looking for a house to move to. The staff person could not find our reservation, tried to make us go to the hotel in back of them, saying your reservation is with them, not us. But she was wrong and I had to argue with her and prove that my reservation was at the Comfort Inn & Suites. Showed her my reservation and my reservation number but she couldn't find it. I even showed her my "welcome from the manager" saying they are looking forward to our stay with them. Did not like that we had such a difficult time with this staff person. I had to write the manager telling her we are here and having a difficult time. The room was quiet, the maid service was very good and friendly. But beware of them loosing your reservation. Could hear the road noise at night.

Beware WATERBUGS!! I will not stay at this hotel again!! I found a WATERBUG in the room. When I called the front desk, he did not seem concerned and didn’t apologize. I told him I was leaving ASAP, and I wanted a refund. I did not see anything excellent about this hotel. Highly disappointed!!
