Comfortable, clean, friendly staff It was bright and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and nice sized bathroom. The breakfast was very good, one of the best I’ve had at any Holiday Inn Express or similar chains. It was conveniently located close to the Christmas market (walking distance). I’d definitely stay there again

Nasty Never have complained, but left five minutes after starting to unpack for a multiple day trip, and left after using the washroom, and refused any sort of assistance due to using the washroom. The person I spoke to was very rude. Again, first complaint ever.

Good service nice room availability We had a business meeting nearby and I set it up. It is always risky trying to balance between frugality and cheapness. This felt like a good in between choice. No complaints from the 32 people I booked into the place and everyone had nice rooms. The front desk was very cooperative though a bit inconsistent between different staffers. The lady that I talked with in the morning the most was great! The gym is small and was crowded with just three people when I used it. But otherwise no issues. Would stay here again.

Perfect Stay! Hotel is clean, quiet and located to many nice amenities. Andrew at the front desk turned our quick overnight trip into a mini vacation. He recommended great restaurants and a broadway level show at the close by paramount. Charlie’s creamery is nearby and is the best ice cream ever. Highly recommend this hotel and the location.

Aurora University Parent Visit I wanted to mention that our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was flawless. There was nothing out of sorts or missing in the guestroom. It was very clean. Service at the front desk was lovely. The breakfast buffet seemed to have everything I would have expected including a gluten free muffin. The facility in general is in excellent condition. 10 out of 10. I will be back in the future.
