Can’t Recommend The room was okay and I was able to book the day before and arrive late, but it was disappointing, given the price. There were several of young men hanging around the lobby at about midnight when I got there. I don’t know if they were guests or friends of the desk clerk who was about the same age. He had issues with checking me in and one of the others helped him, so maybe an employee. No drapes, though there was hardware for hanging them. There was no mat for slippery tub. The bathroom amenities were skimpy and unmatched. Breakfast was even more skimpy. Fake eggs, no bacon, or sausage, except perhaps, sausage gravy. No pancakes or waffles as pictured on the breakfast table tent ad. For my brief stay, it was pretty irrelevant, but there are other choices nearby and I think this property could improve a lot.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS DISAPPERED Not a great experience! I stayed here after a late flight to avoid driving 120 miles home at night. I didn’t bring bags inside, only the clothes I wanted to wear in the morning.. Lots of pillows on the bed, and the one I put behind me while I read clearly had an unchanged case. Funky, unwashed hair odor. I was glad there were plenty of others to choose from. Breakfast was quite nice, but I left from the dining room since I had no luggage to take from the room, forgetting the jacket and shirt I’d changed out of. I called when I got home, but it hadn’t been turned in. I’ve called several times, but the rather expensive jacket snd shirt haven’t reappeared. Someone else is apparently enjoying them. Mea culpa for leaving them, but still has left me not wanting to stay again.

“Definitely a nice stay….” This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was impressed from the start. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. In fact everyone we met was hospitable in every way. Service gets a 5…. The rooms are huge, and have a separate living area with an extra tv and sofa. Bathroom had all the essentials, and was clean and spacious. In fact, the entire hotel was very clean for that matter. The staff here does a thorough job in my opinion. The bar and restaurant is nice. We had appetizers and tasty drinks at night, and a nice breakfast the following morning. The selection was huge, and the quality seemed better than most. There’s an indoor pool n spa(pool was cold, but refreshing), as well as a gym. The gym even has some “free” weights for folks who want the weight lifting as well as the cardio. All n all this is a very nice stay, especially if you’re flying in or out of Boise. If you’re looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay, this is an excellent choice….

Amazing Stay! Super 8 refused our reservation because of where we live(125miles away) we went across the street where we were greeted a warm welcome. They were very helpful and polite. The rooms are big, clean and spacious. We stayed in a room with a king bed but there is a pull out sofa great for kids. The gym has a everything you need the kids enjoyed the pool I enjoyed the bar area. I will definitely be staying there again.

Nice hotel The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. There was an issue at check in but it was resolved quickly thanks to the very nice staff. I would stay here again. There is continental breakfast available but I did not have any. There is an airport shuttle available but book olit upon check in because it only comes if there is someone booked for it.
