Pay the money go to another hotel The rooms in this hotel are okay, the staff is nice, but that is about where it ends. The entry to this hotel is under construction and the scaffolding provides shelter to a lot of "activity" and not good activity. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana will knock you down every time you go in and out. The restaurant in this hotel was poor, we ate there once and were two of the only diners and poor attention and gnats and flies had to constantly be shooed away. I got a hamburger and felt funny after I ate it, I did not get sick but was worried. I had stayed at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge the week prior but my co-workers said the rooms here were not bad so I joined them the next week. Big mistake, will pay extra to stay somewhere other than here if I am ever in the area again.

Look forward to stay at the Sheraton again We had a last minute long-term booking and the hotel staff was very helpful to secure that including all the changes we had. Throughout our stay they made sure all our needs has been fulfilled and satisfied. They were all very attentive, polite and accommodating.

SO many better choices--AVOID HERE I stay at A LOT of Marriotts each year—101 nights so far this year. Other locations are offering additional benefits in light of Covid restrictions to guests and elites. They're clearly just using Covid as an excuse to be cheap--not to be safe or give better service. • No breakfast option for elites. • Lounge remains closed (others nearby are open). • Starbucks in the lobby closed permanently. • Rooms are dated—no microwave and no fridge. • The restaurant is overpriced even by NYC standards (32.00 for a salad with 4 shrimp). You also can’t charge things to your room. Worst of all? Still more than happy to SELL breakfast to other people. Their response was basically "tough." With so many great options in this area, this one is a hard pass.

Nice little hotel in downtown Brooklyn I really loved my stay here. The room was perfect for me and I expected it to be small in size since it was just me and it clearly stated it was for one person. One thing that stood out was that the bed and pillow were SUPER COMFORTABLE. I certainly had no problems sleeping. The amenities were cool (nice AC/Heat, Smart TV w/cable channels, Iron, walk-in shower, etc) and definitely no complaints in that area. The gym had just opened up for the first time (after the pandemic) and that was perfect timing. The location is perfect. Near restaurants (there is a NICE restaurant on the rooftop with great views), subway stations and many other stores in downtown Brooklyn. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I could easily stay here again if I am ever in downtown Brooklyn.

Reeks of cigarettes Horrible experience. First room smelled so badly of cigarettes I couldn't sleep. People were clearly smoking in the hotel, despite "no smoking" signs everywhere. They switched me to a new room the next day, but that move was not expediently or with much courtesy. Second room seemed better when I first got in there, but soon smelled just as bad as the other room. No mini fridge or coffee in room. Bed was actually pretty comfortable, though pillows were flat. My last night the music 7 floors up at the roof-top bar was too loud and people were screaming. I have a lot of expected business in Brooklyn coming up, but would not go back here.
