Spiders, Filth and Stink! Oh My! SPIDERS, FILTH AND A SCARY OWNER then this place is for you. Disgusting! I would not even give it one star. Reeks of smokes and has the same decor from the 80’s. Elevators make a sound like they are about to crash and shake when they move and all guard rails are broken and hanging off inside the elevators and you can just see at least two inches of filth and dirt and debris all over. Room was filthy dirty and the hotel smells like smoke, musty and like a bar room. Oh and here is pic of the lovely phone right beside the toilet. So weird. This place is gross. Unfortunately everything in this town was booked due to a college football game and the pics on their website are misleading so I was stuck here. Still have the heebie jeebies from staying here. Crickets everywhere too. See my pictures!

Stay anywhere else Do not stay here. Every time we went to use our door key it wouldn’t work. The desk NEVER apologized and was just flat out rude. Having to bring two toddlers up and down EVERY SINGLE time was not enjoyable. Any time our family had an issue that we’re rude, dry, unfriendly, and zero help. The only nice people working there were the sweet ladies working the breakfast area. Our room wasn’t very clean, the lights above the shower and door were half hanging out the ceiling, as well as our curtains were broken.

STAY AWAY!! The WORST customer service ever!! iCE COLD showers and NON-Working Elevators!! This place WILL STEAL Your Money!! Disputing mysterious chargers and no one seems to work here full time!! STAY AWAY!! Fist & Last Stay at a Hampton Inn. So sad!!;(;(

I'm disappointed in this Hampton Inn I was lead a dual sport motorcycle trip from Kansas City to the Texas Hill County with three friends. We all want separate rooms. This was night two. We all booked our rooms on the app on the phone without a problem. I travel a lot and Hamptons are my go to place it I'm staying in a chain. This one was not up to the higher standards I expect. The location is just average as was the hotel. My room needed to be updated. The walls in the bathroom needed to be redone. The shower did as well. My shower never got hot. It was lukewarm at best.

One of the Worst… Check in takes forever. Rude staff. Not easy to find (bad location). Breakfast is very average. Not really a pet friendly hotel. Room service available only by request. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. Other options available within walking distance
