Pleasant stay, decent breakfast and nice staff Stayed here to attend a Rolling Stones Concert at Levi Stadium since all hotels in a 20 mile radius was over 500.00. This hotel wad 167 out the door. Anyway, I really don’t understand the bad reviews. We were able to check in early (1:30 instead of 3) The receptionist, Jen, was very helpful and gave us recommendations on a bite to eat in the area. The room was spacious, clean and kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes, coffee pot, you name it. And I forgot to take pic of the bathroom but it was a pretty decent size with a lot of counter space and double sinks. They have a continental breakfast from 6-10 and it wasn’t bad at all. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, a toaster for Eggo waffles, bagels, English muffins . No pastries but packaged blueberry muffins. Hard boiled eggs, a pot of steamed rice, yogurt, bananas, oranges, several different coffees, apple and orange juice. You get the picture. I forgot to take pics of the breakfast but have a few pics of room. We will definitely stay here again.

Good stay, good value Due to a neighborhood power outage, we wound up suddenly needing a nearby hotel room for what wound up being a couple of nights. The hotel had very affordable rates, so we gave them a chance. After reserving a room on their website we took the ten minute drive to the hotel at 11pm. It took the front desk staff a few minutes to realize that they had someone in their lobby. That was the ONLY bobble we had during our visit. Once they heard us, checkin was quick and pleasant. We had one of their “studio” rooms which included a kitchenette. The room was clean, smelled faintly (not unpleasantly) of cleaning products, and was cool despite the high temps outside. There were signs of wear and tear, but nothing that detracted from the stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, the towels were sufficiently fluffy. A minor complaint that there wasn’t a sufficient number of power outlets at the side of the bed for both my CPAP and device charger, but there were PLENTY of outlets at the full-sized work desk. Upon waking after the first night it was apparent that the power wasn’t going to be restored soon, so we went to the front desk to find out whether it would be possible to extend our stay by a day. Even though the desk attendant was dealing with a difficult customer on the phone, he was quickly and helpfully able to extend our stay at a reasonable rate. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, but we did not wind up taking advantage of it. Overall a good experience in the midst of an annoying situation. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for out of town guests looking for an affordable stay.

Convenient and cozy, nice kitchenette makes for great deal for a longer stay. Rooms are dated but have nice kitchenette with electric stovetop, dishwasher, full size fridge. Kind of funky but totally comfortable and a great option for a longer stay if you want to be able to save some money and cook meals. Safeway right nearby makes that easy. Free parking.

Smelly hotel, noisy guests, do not stay here We had a terrible experience at the Campbell location on 12/25. The room we were given was smelly, really smelly, and so outdated that the curtains were torn. The couch smelled horrible and I wouldn't even sit in that room due to the smell. I'm not sure if the rugs have ever been cleaned but they had stains and smells everywhere. The hotel is so outdated, it's hard for me to believe that anyone would want to stay there. I know I never will again. The carpets in the elevator bank are also horribly stained. The worse part was that the people staying above us were constantly walking around their room from the time we checked in at 8:30pm until at least 10pm, then seemed to quiet down only to start all over again at 1am, and 2am, and 4am and 5am. It was unbearable. My spouse didn't sleep one wink. The check out person did lower the cost of our stay to $113 but even that is insulting to think we had to pay that much for a smelly outdated room with those noisy people staying above us. On top of that, they have not adjusted what the charged me on my credit card to reflect the refund I have in a printout from them so now the onus is on me to chase them for a refund. I'd like more of a refund for the inconvenience of those guests and the shabby nature of the hotel and though I filled out the survey they sent me as well as making a request for a refund, I have not heard one thing from the hotel. Don't even think of staying here.

Horrible stay, noisy, smelly and no cleaning service This was one of the worst stays Ive had in a while and worst for the price. I tried to change hotels but they told me Id face a penalty for changing. I checked in on a Monday evening and the whole 2nd floor smelled like chicken and the smell creeped into my room. I complained to the front desk and they said it happens and the hotel was full so there's nothing I can do about it. They gave me a room by the elevator so throughout the night you can hear it moving which makes it hard to sleep. I told the front desk in the morning and they said they will have maintenance look at it after a day (I had a 3 night stay). I was also told the maid would come everyday but they never came. I let the front desk know every evening and morning and they said they cant help. The mattress was also lumpy. I didnt get much sleep in my stay. I got home, caught up on sleep on the weekend and I called the hotel to complain. The manager told me that since I didn't call him directly (instead of telling the front desk) that he cant do anything but give a discount if I go there again. Then he said even if I called him then, he wouldnt have been able to do anything. I told my uber/lyft drivers and they told me this is not a good hotel to stay and its better to drive more to get a better hotel. If you dont have to stay here, dont.
