Worst stay ever This is a terrible place to stay. I had money taken out of my room. They refused to check the camera witch made me believe that staff were the ones that went in my room with me not being there. This also took place after the hours of room service. To top off this terrible experience they have tried to charge my credit card 4 different times after me checking out for the amounts of $250 $100 $50 $50. These are unauthorized charges.

Basic and clean hotel The rooms are plain and basic. Clean but slight damp smell. Windows are very scuffed up and they overlooked the parking lot. Couldn’t see much out of them. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with a next door neighbor leaving his dog in the room for over an hour snd the dog was stressed. Barked endlessly. I asked the staff to contact the owner snd they did immediately. The owner asked to me about the call and he took care of it Only disappointment was breakfast: semi warm breakfast tacos with eggs, ham, etc. The cereal choices were limited. Tea and coffee lukewarm. If pets are coming they provide plenty of walking areas with poop bags to use in the front and back of hotel. We were not told that additional towels or cleaning would not be provided due to lack of staff. However, they did bring up extra towels when requested. Paid $170 a night. Not impressed for that kind of money.

Run down hotel! Stay away from this hotel! Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Room smelled very bad! I asked front desk to change my room and they stated they didn’t have any more rooms! Save your money and go stay up the road at the new Comfort Suites. This hotel is not clean or fresh.

Double charged and unsafe My gf and I stayed at one of your establishments Quality Inn, 300 E Whitestone Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613 on Dec 27th & 28th. We booked online. Yet when we arrived it seems the front desk charged our card a 2nd time which has overdrawn our account. (Charged $350 for 2 nights) Additionally we would like to point out a couple of things: The back door lock did not work. The receptionist just told us to use the rug to keep the door open. This seems like such poor advice as it is not safe allowing anyone to walk in (there were homeless people outside and the hotel is located next to bars). Our room was located right next to that door. To make things worse…the safety lock on our room door was loose and has missing screws. On a side note…there was no cream cheese (they forgot to order we were told). I only mention this because when I take into account being double charged, having a lock barely attached, AND being told by stand to use a rug to keep the back door open…it seems to me that management really is not taking care of any of her responsibilities at this location. I recommend checking these things and your charges before committing to staying here. We will not again.
