Dirty room The room was old, dusty, and smelly, carpet not clean, just dirty, pool was closed most of the trip. More work was done on the grounds than in the room l. I would not recommend this hotel, this hotel needs to be updated and the pool needs to be open everyday

Not a safe environment. No security Am a 69 year old female. Went to Charleston for a funeral. Made a reservation and was out in a room the farthest from office which had woods behind. Door to room was opened when I got out of car. Front desk said housekeeping had just left. When came back from funeral saw a homeless man encamped right near my room and men in woods behind my room. Could not get an an answer when I called front desk. Needless to say I packed up and drive 4 hours home Called to talk to manager three times. Still haven’t talked to him. Called corporate and haa a vent had an update. Checked in at 320pm. Funeral at 5. Got back to room 730. Checked out before 8. They have not credited my card yet. Do not go here is you are a single senior woman!!!!

Good Place to Stay! Nice clean, cozy, & quite room. Jo Ann at the desk very Helpful & Professional! The traffic is at times hard to get in & out. But other than that a good clean reasonable place to stay. Older hotel. The pool & landscaping is very pretty. We Enjoyed our stay there.

Not good if cruise traveling When you come back from a cruise you have to beg to get checked in earlier. We arrived earlier and storing our luggage was also a begging job with eyes rolled. The rooms are older and just smelled musty, but clean

Execelent Hotel The hotel was a short drive from downtown Charleston , where we parked the car and took the free bus service around town: bargain!
