Was OK for us but there are issues Overall this worked out ok for us as the amount of points was a bargain. Pros Good location Front desk friendly Good price, low points Just off of interstate Breakfast included which is ok 5 minutes from Raccoon Mountain Caverns Bedroom carpet new Walmart and other stores nearby Cons Toilet would not stop running until we turned valve off overnight Tub and shower were not clean Hair from previous guests in shower Sink faucet leaked on vanity and under vanity so we had to turn valves off constantly. We often used the tub spigot instead of the sink. Secondary door latch was missing. Could only use the main lock Coffee maker still had bag from last person Halls smelled like pot at times both upstairs and downstairs. We did not try to have any of the issues mentioned corrected as we did not want the inconvenience for the short stay we had. It seems there is a pattern of the maintenance lacking. Anyway this worked out ok for us under the circumstances and for the low amount of points this was.

Chattanooga stay The place was ok, front desk lady was nice enough. The AC in the room was loud. I didnt sleep much. Breakfast area was ok. We found parking space for our truck and it was close to the highway. Will i stay there again and refer my friends? Probably not

Not perfect, but a great value This hotel is aging, but much nicer than the prices suggest. There were stains on the hall carpet (but people are slobs and may have dumped their cokes yesterday) and some maintenance issues like the broken USB ports on one bedside table. The AC in our room (and the two others we were allowed to check) were quite loud and rattley. But I still had the best night of sleep I've had in months. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. Breakfast included hot options. The location was excellent for the things we were visiting (Racoon Mountain cavern and the Incline Railway). Adjust your expectations for the price point and be pleasantly surprised.

Spring road trip Receptionist Kenneth, was soooo slow it took over 30 minutes to check in. Room was adequate; breakfast attendants didn’t pay attention to customers’ needs: ran out of coffee, sausage, eggs, and utensils. Parking lot was clean and attendant picking up any trash

Decent hotel with great people The hotel was decent. The staff is good kind attentive breakfast could be better and carpets need to be changed out. It has not been newly renovated as it states, but is an OK shape new owners recently and they are putting in work to make it better.
