Wouldn't recommend Good : Friendly staff and good breakfast. Bad: Horrible layout, had to walk a long long way to elevator and room. Room was not clean and didn't smell nice. Time for an upgrade I'd say. Wouldn't recommend except if no other options. Little bit cheaper than the competition but too high for what you get.

Great Experience Jackie was excellent she provided great customer service. She made excellent local suggestions and answered all my questions. I will definitely stay here again because of her. I highly recommend this Best Western. Whenever I come to Buffalo I will stay here.

Cleanliness.The rooms have old dirty carpets.The carpets in the rooms are cleaner & newer than in the actual rooms. The rooms had cigarette smoke and when we brought this to the staffs attention ( Jackie) she said it was our responsibility to check the room prior to settling in. The door leading to the outdoor pool was broken and but the purpose of having an access key to the building.Anyone could walk in.

Great staff, breakfast and amenities, but poor sleep Fantastic, helpful staff, great breakfast and fun large, outdoor pool. Pleasant rooms, but uncomfortable bed in our case.

A great stay! Have been here before and while we enjoyed it then, things are much better now. Recent renovations are obvious. Friendly courteous staff, nice rooms and many conveniences. Very nice swimming pool was enjoyable on a very warm day. Conveniently located near a major highway and a great value for the price. We will stay here again on our next trip to Buffalo.
