Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

Clerk was trying to keep me from early check-in I requested early check-in, had been waiting in the "lobby" for 2 hours. Clerk checked someone else in for early check-in (she knew I was still waiting because I had just asked her something). I had to get up while she was checking him in for her to say "oh yes, I can check you in now).

Active construction begins at 7am There is a sign on the counter when you get to check in explaining that construction begins M-F between 7 and 8 am. Of course by time you get to check in, it's too late to change your mind and stay somewhere else. As if like clockwork somebody began banging on metal with hammers some time before 7:30am. About an hour later they must have decided the hammering wouldn't cut it because they switched over to a high pitched power saw of some sort. It was coming from the room directly next to ours. The noise was non stop until we got fed up and checked out at 10am. We wanted to grab a room close to Orchard Park that was clean and quiet so we could get some sleep after a late Bills game. There was no sleeping through the noise here. The free breakfast was coffee, tea, hot cocoa, OJ, nutri grain bars, applesauce, and prepackaged banana muffins. Pool hours are listed as 6am-midnight which is great. There is no hot tub. Maybe not bad if you plan on leaving early for a flight or are staying on a weekend, butt he inability to sleep overwhelmed my experience here. The location was great for after a BIlls game if you're heading for 90E on the way home.

Sad Hotel This hotel was sad. It had seen better days. It looked worn out. The desk clerk seemed disinterested if we stayed. The room was clean, but looked so worn out. Most likely will not stay here again. Wyndham needs to redo the entire place.

Over priced Cancelled reservation after receiving g confirmation that they also charge a $100 damage deposit on check in and then refund in 7 to 10 days. Totally u acceptable. They are making money by using your money on retention

The worst hotel of my adult life Room #1: AC didnt work. Room #2: someone had already been in there and laid on the pillows and beds. Room #3: FILTHY. The bathroom had long strands of black hair in the tub and on the shower curtain! The bathroom floor was very visibly dirty. My friend said the hotel is like the hotels that use to charge by the hour! I will NEVER stay there again.
