Stayed here a few years ago Enjoyed this hotel, stayed here with work for around 3 weeks, before 2019 though . Location was a bit out the way for sight seeing through. But what I remembered was staff friendly and gave us advise on best places to eat etc

Not what I have come to expect I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions in the past and have loved it. This time, not so much. I found the staff to be very much into their own little world and not into the clientele. The staff had given me a few incorrect answers about some things I had asked, Had to wait more than a decent amount of time for maintenance to come and fix a problem. Not what I am used to with this hotel.

Customer Service - Janet and Helen Outstanding customer service. We conducted a business meeting at the Radisson Chelmsford and received exceptional customer service from Janet and Helen. We needed power to charge laptops and Janet came through for us. The room was warm and she arranged to cool us off. We learned that one of the attendees had a birthday and Janet drove to the store to get us a cake to celebrate. Helen made the extra effort to deliver the cake discretely to maintain the surprise. This team went above and beyond for us. Nothing but great things to say for Janet, Helen, and their manager, Scott. Well done, Team Radisson! We will come back again!

Nice Comfortable Stay I stayed in Radisson Lowell for over a week and missed my home everyday , The room did not even had hot plate and the wood of the cabinets in the room felt from stone ages. The bed was comfortable and other things were ok but the feel of Radisson was missing big time , I have stayed in Radisson's in India and they are far far way better than this Radisson. The breakfast did not have any buffet and they only had a choise of breakfast like Healthy,Non - Healthy and Oily :) The Indian girl at reception was very generous and Radisson charging $2 for a decaf at lobby was uncalled for.

Large room, no water pressure. Was there for my reunion. Room was large, clean, and decent. Shower was disappointing. No pressure and didn't get too hot. Meeting room was nice and drinks weren't over priced like you would expect for a hotel.
