Service Above and Beyond Everything was great. I'm not great with names unfortunately, but the man who checked us in helped us with an issue where we reserved an accessible small single-bed room for two people that wouldn't be comfortable. We are a couple, but my fiancé had a leg brace and was having reconstructive foot surgery the next morning. The person at check-in took us to the room to show us the size of the bed (a single) and subsequently put us in a dual-bed room for better comfort which was a great help. It was greatly appreciated, and we plan on reserving the same location for the follow-up surgery at Cleveland Clinic.

You get what you pay for but I’d stay again… The pros, excellent customer service, great price for proximity to IX and airport, coffee very good each morning, ample free parking, comfortable beds with clean mattresses, nice to have fridge and microwave in the room though fridge mainly for drinks, doesn’t keep food cold enough to last though I probably could have asked for it to be adjusted and didn’t. Airport shuttle and shuttle to IX also a very nice amenity which we used with ease. The cons, our room was not clean when we arrived and many guests were complaining about this. It had a used qtip and tissue in the trash when we came in, there was hair on the bathroom walls, food remnants on the carpets, and splatters in the walls and bed skirts. What was disappointing was these were things I could easily clean but it was after midnight from a long two days of travel so I was too tired to even complain. I hoped that when we got our room serviced they would see it and fix it. We didn’t get our room serviced for 3 days, I had to throw out my own trash in day 3 (2 days was what I was told at checkin unless you request it more often) I was going to say something on the 4th day when finally they did come to refresh our room, and while we got fresh sheets and towels the room still didn’t look vacuumed swept or mopped despite obvious crumbs and dirt all over the floors. It’s almost like the maids don’t have a vacuum of real mop. Lastly the fridges were bare in the lobby hardly any waters or food where it was supposed to be though it looked like management came through on day 3 and really started cracking down on things like that. The breakfast is pretty basic hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about but gets the job done. Would I stay here again? yes, but bring your shower shoes and flip flops so you don’t have to walk on sticky floors or risk anything for showers that aren’t that clean and I was so glad I packed my own pillow shams because they don’t have anything over the pillow, just the pillow sham. This could be an excellent hotel if they just prioritized cleaning.

hard to find but worth the effort We used Park/Sleep/Fly to book this. We had a good night's sleep in a clean, comfortable room before our early morning flight. Our car was safely parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip.

Had everything necessary Everything was just as promised. We stopped here for a short night on a long road trip and it was perfect for just that. It was very affordable and met all of the basic requirements: clean, comfortable, quiet, staff was friendly. So happy for the free parking, free wifi, and continental breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs a nice bed for the night.

You get what you pay for 3 stars because of the price. Otherwise I'd give it 2. Outside is nice, then you go inside. Staff was not friendly, room was not very clean, had to find extra bedding for the pull out bed, and then sheets were covered in stains. Breakfast was lackluster.
