Filthy Don't do it, don't stay here. Disgustingly filthy. Door barely latched, Everything was dirty, we went to Walmart and bought Lysol wipes, and large blanket to roll up in on the saggy bed. Moved to a different hotel the next morning.

DUMP I have stayed in some dumps but this one takes the cake! Cig burns on the spreads. The furniture was so stained and nasty. The fixtures were broken on every single light. Nasty stains on the sheets. BEWARE

Horrible We booked this hotel on hotwire and I never seen a more disgusting hotel. First we noticed the cigarette stains on the comforters, then I pulled them off thinking maybe the sheets were at least clean and nope there was weird stains on them. So I called the front desk to request new bedding and asked them to come check the room as I started removing the bedding to replace it to my horror there was a used condom on the side of the bed! I uploaded pictures of all the stuff I mentioned here and how stained everything was is absolutely horrid. I did not end up staying here and was not even offered another room when I brought this to managements attention. I had to call hotwire for a refund and thankfully I was provided one. Worst experience I have ever had.

Disgusting bio hazard of a room. I booked a night at the knights inn last night and I’ve had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life. This was meant to be a quick one time stop for us on or road trip through Colorado, the staff was very rude to start off the stay. There are abandoned cars in the parking lot and people standing around in the parking lot loitering. My fiancé advised me to leave but I said “how bad can it be” like a fool and had faith in the hotel chain And AAA’s member page. Cigarette burn holes in the bed sheet, shelves ripped out of the wall, mold on the mirror in the bathroom, a bathroom seat covered in disgusting dirt and stains, the bathroom fan has no cover on it exposing the sharp fan blade to anyone’s fingers, missing hairdryer and slip for the ironing board, and the cherry on top what looks to be FECAL MATTER stained all over the bathroom wall. This was all very disappointing and gross, but what pushed me over the edge and makes me feel like I’ve been taken advantage of was the way people talked to me and how I was kept up all night. Loud music, loud people loitering around the outside of my room door, my fiancé being harassed verbally every time she walked outside, we were woken up 2-3 times during the night by someone banging on our door shouting out someone’s name. I’m disgusted and I cannot believe that this company can take money in good faith for a transaction, promising a safe, clean and good nights sleep and giving this in return. Will be perusing a refund most definitely. Do not give this place your business.

Overnight nightmare By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in! This was just an over night stay thank goodness!!! When we arrived late that evening the front desk person had given us the wrong key for an occupied room so we had trek back to sort it out. Our room was non-smoking but the smoke detector was off and you could clearly smell the smoke. The shower didn’t drain which was gross. The premises were dirty and neglected. When we went for breakfast there was nothing but cereal and toast and they had ran out of bowls. We ended up going out for breakfast and getting out of there as quickly as we could. So sad, so gross! Do not stay at this place. It should be shut down.
