Worst customer relations EVER The staff was absolutely absurd ! We booked the room for 3 nights and on our last night, we asked the girl at the front desk for a late checkout. The girl at the desk gave us a 12:30 checkout time. I worked all night so we decided to book the room for a 4th night. All I wanted to do was soak in the tub and relax. At 12:30 they called to our room and said we needed to either check out or pay for the room. I was in the process of paying on line and told her that. Then 5 minutes later the girl came and knocked on the door and insisted that we pay now and come to the desk. After paying on line a guy came and knocked on the door and told us we had to leave or they were calling the police . We told him we paid. Then the front desk girl called back up and wanted me to come down and show my id. We had just stayed for 3 nights. I told her I was in the tub. Again they threatened to call the police if I wasn’t down there in 5 minutes. I got out of the tub and went down to the desk and they told me they cancelled our reservation and wanted us out of the room immediately. I was appalled!! Went up to the room to get our things and within 2 minutes, the guy came up with the police to have us removed. All this because I didn’t go and show my I D within in 5 minutes of them hounding us. We did nothing to deserve that treatment. They made us feel like we were criminals. Again, we had just stayed 3 nights, we asked for late check out but booked another night, yet they harassed us like we were vagrants sneaking in to a room. We were there for work and my back had gone out. All we wanted was to bathe and relax. Those employees were just mean and on a power trip for absolutely no reason!! Don’t stay there!

NOT A 4 Star in my opinion. The front desk clerk was very rude. And very nasty. Over 60 nights at hotels this year. And never had a issue with any other front desk employee. She Shouldn’t work around people in my opinion. The Hotel was worn. The Breakfast was terrible. The sausage was not just greasy. The 3 patties left were sitting in a half inch of grease. At 7 AM. And the breakfast lady had just walked by it. And said nothing about bringing more. I had a muffin. Rude staff member. Terrible breakfast. Worn hotel. Will not stay there again. NOT A 4 star. On Priceline they get a 2 1/2 star.

Suite Booked but didn't feel like an upgraded space for the money. Aaliyah at the front desk was great. It was nice to come in at 9pm after a long day of work and then a few hours of travel and be greeted with a smile. Check in was fast and she was quick to let me know that the hotel was almost booked out due to some local events and asked if I was able to find parking. The elevator was broken but luckily the suite I booked was on the first floor (#107). Did we hear a lot of overhead foot traffic? We did BUT the fan on the AC drowned out a lot of noise and it didn't bother us. Pros: the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the water was hot, we were able to get additional linens for the pull out sofa bed easily, the AC was cold and as long as we kept the fan on, we couldn't hear the traffic much at all and got a pretty decent night's sleep. Cons: the blanket provided with the extra linens for the sofa bed was something like an old fleece style blanket that had been washed 100 times and had lots of itchy piling- we ended up not using it and just giving the kid the blanket from the bed, the bathroom door wouldn't shut because it was water logged over the years and the wood was chipping away, all of the light switches for the bathroom were outside the bathroom, the toilet tank was loose so when you'd flush it felt like it was going to tip over, the carpet is outdated enough that it felt dirty walking around barefoot in the room. If this location underwent some cosmetic updates and flooring replacement it would make a world of difference.

Just ok This place was OK, room was clean, check in was fine, a adequate motel. However a couple of things that bothered us. One, the toilet paper holder was on the wall behind you..who thought that was a good idea. And the was no place to put your suitcase. Asked for a luggage rack and the person at the desk said they had removed them from all the rooms...again, why. Don't they expect you to have luggage? Again it was fine, just a couple of annoying issues.

Horrible experience We entered the hotel about 8 pm. The clerk was sitting on the dark breakfast area and didn't immediately come out. When we entered our room we heard loud traffic noise. Right outside our room was a busy highway. We immediately went back to the desk and requested a room in the opposite side of the building. We were told there weren't any but she moved us to another room which was actually closer to the highway! Breakfast was so disappointing we left without eating there. Obviously replacing windows would help immensely. When we left the next morning, the parking lot was nearly empty, as it was when we arrived. I wonder why there were not other rooms available? Worst Comfort Suites experience ever!
