Awesome hotel! Had a wonderful stay, nice kitchen, and amazing staff Mel was so kind and welcoming. She a hard working lady and handled everything professionally and quickly. she always nice and respectful. She always speaking asking how my stay going if i need something.

Convenient location!! My experience was amazing. The staff are friendly and attentive especially Mel and Amy!! The rooms are very clean. My dog just adored them all. There are nice places to dine at near by and accessible to the interstate. I highly recommend this place.

If you like carrying bags of trash to an outside dumpster this is the place for you I've been to cheap motels with low quality service before, but this takes the cake. There's a trash room full of large garbage cans on each floor, but there's a sign warning not to throw out trash bags in the trash room. Customers must carry trash outside, across the parking lot, to the dumpster. Imagine being on vacation and having to carry bags of trash outside in the rain, wind, or snow, or being stuck in the elevator with people carrying bags of smelly trash out. Hospitality ratings are based on the level of service you get, so I guess this is what a zero star motel experience looks like.

Great staff, nice rooms First and foremost, Melanie and Alysha are the best staff any guest could ask for. Always had a smile and eager to help. No request was too much and every question was always answered. A great staff is half your stay. The rooms could use a updating, but they're clean and comfortable. I've stayed in a wide range of hotels and honestly this was by far the best. As a business owner myself, I only wish I had employees like them working for me. I really can't say enough!

Disgusting smelly and dirty rooms The room I had, smelled like weed and cigarette. They changed me to a 2nd room and it was dark, dirty and also had a strong spicy smell. Underneath the bed skirt was a dirty sock. I decided to cancel my reservation because the lady in front desk didn’t have any more rooms available. My reservation will be for 2 months term. Once you plan ahead and found out that the hotel overall is in very poor conditions, it was very frustrating, because I needed to start all over looking for a place to stay near to my job. Unbelievable bad experience!!
