Please fix your washer and dryers The dryers didn’t work and employees made me go next door to the other hotel which their washers didn’t work and I needed to get a key to even get into their laundry room, but at least I was able to wash clothes here and dry them next door. Breakfast isn’t good. Pool is green so can’t even enjoy. I’ve been here for a week for work purposes. Nothing has changed. The least they can do is put signs on the washer and dryers that don’t work or let people know. When you are staying awhile it’s good to know ahead of time if I need to be planning a visit to the laundry mat.

Don’t book here if you want good breakfast, nice views or an updated hotel. We originally called Hampton Inn (which is next door) to book a room there. The lady gave us an incorrect address which was one number off. The lady kept assuring us it was the correct hotel. After it was booked and paid for, the hotel that she actually put us in was the Holiday Inn. Oh well. We get here and they put us in a room that was completely disheveled. It looked like someone had partially cleaned it but the bed sheets were wadded up in a chair, there were towels laying around on the floor, and furniture moved around, as well as various key cards on the table alongside a card that said “your room was cleaned by *name*” so we went down to get a new room. The second room was better. Around the room and the hotel there are: random stains, dents and paint chips, the elevator is extremely sketchy and feels/sounds like it’s going to get stuck or fall at any moment, and dark dingy lighting pretty much everywhere. Also, we went to the breakfast bar around 7 (opens at 6:30) and they were completely out of all fresh breakfast items such as eggs, sausage, etc. They did not refill it while we ate our dry bagels and there wasn’t anyone around to ask about it, and the waffle maker was out of order. Don’t book here if you want an updated hotel, a nice pool (it’s crappy), nice views, or a nice breakfast (or one at all). Otherwise the employees we did speak with were friendly and the second room we had was generally clean.

RECONSIDER before Booking at This Location I’ve stayed at plenty Holiday Inns but this is the worst. Disappointed in the Corpus Christi North Holiday Inn location. Switched from the other location in Corpus as that location advised the elevators are currently out of service so patrons are currently using stairs. North Hotel is outdated. Room landline phones are broken. There is rust on lamps in rooms as well as light fixtures in bathroom and rust in bathtub. There is no toilet paper holder for toilet tissue or holders for Ironing boards. Peeling paint around A/C. Dressers and furniture shows a lot of wear & tear. Hair & debris on top of A/C. Desk chairs needs to be discarded and are well worn. Bathroom ceiling shows signs of leak in ceiling from floor above. Would not recommend this location to any other patrons.

Favorite Place on the Island The "Holiday Inn Express & Suites Corpus Christi (North), an IHG hotel" is an enchanting place to stay with flawless service, tidy rooms with balconies, and breathtaking oceanfront sand and crashing-waves views. This is beyond doubt my favorite place to stay on the Island

Mystery hotel Not sure how to describe my stay… I’ll probably put it as “mysterious” 1. The front desk receptionist was stuck in the elevator when we arrived 2. The technician wasn’t able to get the receptionist out, and 3 fire trucks came to rescue, we didn’t want to wait so we went to grab dinner. 3. When we were back, there was still no receptionist at the front desk. We waited for 20 minutes and tried to call the hotel. The phone rang right in front of us and still no one picking up the phone 4. We finally checked in and got our keys. We climbed upstairs and found our room. The door was open, right, not just unlocked, it was open. 5. We found some inks/black stains in bed 6. The spotlight from outdoor ground flashed right into our window. The room was bright as in the morning. What’s worse is that the blind was not moveable
