Clean, but Noisy and Creaky The property is lovely, clean and the public areas have been updated. It is apparent in the rooms, however, that this is an older property. Our bed was comfortable, but another person in our party complained that their bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I didn't find either pillow to be very comfortable. The room overall was spacious and functional, although the lighting in the bathroom was dim. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything from the room next door. What was most bothersome was that we could hear noises through the vents, ceilings and walls. Creaky and noisy. We think that maybe the walls, ductwork and insulation were so old that we were hearing the elevators even though we weren't anywhere near them. This went on all day and night. Have never heard this in any other hotel before, so it was creepy and annoying. Also, the thermostat control was so old in our room that the buttons were worn out and we couldn't adjust the temperature. It was set too low for us so we'd run it until the room was completely chilled and then we'd shut it off for the night. We did appreciate the free parking in a parking garage.

Amazing stay with amazing views! Juniper hotel has beautiful views with a comfy room! We loved the view from our room and the deck/balcony right outside our room. We watched the sunset from there and read our books outside with a nice hot cup of tea and coffee. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, poor service, unprofessional staff! Convenient location and good clean rooms with comfortable bedding  Service is poor, staff is untrained and unprofessional. We got a fraudulent restaurant meal charge to our room and when I asked to have it removed the front desk person informed me that she didn’t do it, that it was the restaurant staff who did it and the restaurant manager is too busy to talk with me.  I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the premises with a false charge on my credit card and asked for a supervisor or manager but the front desk person curtly told me that I have to leave and they will notify me of the status of this charge later via email.  It was quite unacceptable to me to leave without a resolution of the charge, or at least speaking with the restaurant manager to assure me that the charge will be reversed. I expected some sort of reassurance or apology instead I got curt replies from front desk staff telling me to leave because they have other customers to attend to and threatened to escort me off the property if I don’t drop the issue and leave.  Very embarrassing, unprofessional and sad situation.  I advise everyone to ask for a printed receipt and review charges, not sure what to do once you find false charges because management of this facility can not be reached. No Housekeeping We were told that guests could get their rooms serviced if they made the request before noon. Before this cut-off, we made multiple requests of the housekeepers in the hallway, but our room was never touched. We had to sneak clean towels from the housekeeper's cart. The stay was Hilton responded by giving us 10,000 points, which is worth $50 and shows a complete disdain for guests' experience. Very disappointing. We'll never stay at another Hilton property.

They will charge you water bottle that you didn’t drink It is unheard of. Remember to take a photo of the expensive water bottles before you leave the hotel or else they will charge you. We bought our own water bottles which look totally different. Finished drinking and so left the empty ones in the trash. The four expensive ones were left untouched. We checked out in the morning and they said no charge to the room. We went back to take our luggage.. and asked, they still said there's no charge. At the very end, they charged us $6.55 for water bottles we didn't drink! One star because I can't get any lower... the room and other things is good, the mistaken charge is small but this is very ridiculous and annoying!
