Cockroach, stained towels, non English speaking staff, Horrible smell Marijuana and Cigarettes, in smoke free rm This hotel should be delisted from all travel boards. It is disgusting, the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke is overwhelming in the halls and even the smoke free rooms. The towels where stained, the floor was disqusting...in addition we were visited at 3am by a cockroach. We got to the hotel at 11:15 am, after a 16 hour drive decided to tolerate the smell as we where so tired, but the cockroach was the final straw. Just disgusting. our clothes, pajamas, all reeked , worse smell. Had to wash all our close at our final destination. We packed up went to the front desk the person at the desk spoke very little English offered no solution so we left. Contacted Expedia and the hotel manager expedia was helpful said to contact the hotel manager 4 days later he got back to us said we should have switched rooms....AHHHH No thank you. and would not refund us anything. BEWARE this is not a deal and it is not a clean or friendly hotel.

Reasonable rates, clean room I’ve read other reviews about the smell of smoke and marijuana in the halls when you walk in, very true. However, once in the room we could not smell a thing. The room was clean and bed comfortable with an assortment of pillow firmnesses. Building is dated and could use some upgrades. Air conditioner is loud, but surprisingly the rooms are well insulated and external noises are very muffled if you can hear them at all and I am a very light sleeper. The “breakfast” they have available is a joke. It consists of coffee, instant oatmeal packets, hostess donettes, some kind of cereal, and juice. In my opinion they should at least improve it by having a sort of continental breakfast with maybe some danishes, fresh fruit, yogurt, and tea. Front staff and housekeepers are very pleasant. The one that concerns me is that there is the ability to lock the outside doors with key card entry, but they are left open 24/7. Easy access to the highway and centrally located.

Charged me 2 nights I used the booking app and Araceli apparently the wrong date of my visit was entered. When I actually got there they didn’t have a reservation so I simply made a new one. I could see both charges on my bank app and assumed the error charge ( still pending on my bank app). Would go away once they processed the charges. Nope. Not at all. They charged me full price for an error that wasn’t my fault. Also the room was really bad especially considering I paid 250 for one night at this garbage hotel.

Not again. The room was your average hotel room. However, the hallways smelled like a combination of smoke and marijuana which can be indicative of the kind of clientele that regularly stays there. It would also explain at check-in, why the lady asked if I was the person staying in the room or did I rent it for someone else? I wont stay there again.

Bristol Love how they treated us! They were so courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and had our room clean and ready to go when we arrived!
