Clean rooms - friendly staff From the moment we walked in the door, (late at night) we felt we were among friends. Charlotte greeted us warmly and made sure we were satisfied with our rooms.. The next afternoon I needed to print something. As I approached the desk, she called me by name and cheerfully helped me get my printing done. Overall, it was a great experience. It was convenient to the Ford Museum.

Clean, Safe & Friendly Staff I stayed here for 2 weeks travelling solo for work. The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable & clean. Most mornings I had breakfast at the bistro and it was really good. On one of the nights, there was a sudden power interruption which lasted till early morning. The property did not appear to have any backup power.

A nice place to stay. We usually get a discount since we were visiting The Henry Ford Village. Evidently, they are not offering this service this last trip we took to Dearborn in January. We chose to go to another hotel that served breakfast. The other hotel was a disaster! Wish we went to the courtyard instead.

Convenient location with excellent staff. This hotel is located in an easy to access part of Dearborn, making it good for day trips around detroit. It is quite and clean. Staff are excellent and friendly, checking in to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and tidy. And to top it off - the price was good too. This was my second stay there in the past couple years, with the same great experience.

Best deal in the area This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in for business travel. The front desk, Olivia, was spot on in making sure I felt welcome and even had my room ready for an early check-in (by one hour). The staff has some great people - Susan at the Bistro and of course, Meranda and her cleaning staff. Traveling by myself, I really appreciate the clean, safe environment and be sure to eat at the Bistro ifyou don't like leaving again after you get to the hotel. Wonderful stay!
