Out of town If u don't have any hotel available contact them they will get u a room with no problem they help they people

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED OVER THE PHONE BEFORE I EVEN MADE IT ON THE TRIP!! All I did was call to ask a question about my reservation and for one the guy did not properly put me on hold I heard all conversations that was had with the guest including room numbers. Secondly I asked the guy is this location near Pullman yards so that I could ensure that I’m close to the location and he said idk you can use Google and I told him I used Google but I was unable to tell if the location I need was near by and he said he doesn’t know he’s not familiar with the area and I can call back all I want and he still won’t know! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE how do you work at a hotel and don’t know your surroundings. I work to hard for my money to stay at a place where I can’t get a question answered. I canceled my booking immediately!

My stay in super8 The price is not very expensive. The experience is good,comfortable . The check in and out very quickly. The lady is very warm hearted. I need to print out my airline ticket.she is very nice and friendly and patient help me to print the ticket.

Old but good This is an old facility but kept up nicely. It is clean and comfortable. I felt comfortable staying here even with the door to the outside. Had a breakfast option. Nice to have a refrigerator in room. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent weekend stay I really enjoyed my stay at the Super 8 in Decatur. The location was excellent, a few blocks from the Marta Station and the shops and restaurants of Decatur. I took the Marta to and from the airport and it was an easy walk to the hotel. My room (205) was very large, clean and quiet. Not many items were offered for breakfast, so I had a quick snack and then headed to B-Side to pick up some coffee and baked goods. However, if I stayed in the other local hotel that is almost three times the price, I would not have been offered anything for breakfast. I was therefore very happy with my visit and plan to stay in the Super 8 on my next trip to Decatur.
