Great customer service Everyone was especially friendly and very helpful. River in the bar made the experience wonderful and made great drink suggestions. The pizza was good and the beer was cold. My husband and I are in town to just see all that Denver has to offer and having a great hotel makes a big difference.

A great place to stay. We want to thank Margret O. for taking the time to help us take care of our reservations. She was so kind and very helpful. She made our stay feel like home. She took the time to ease our stress, while were getting surgery and other appointments set up. We will pass the word that Double Tree is a great place to stay. Great Dining Experience I've been staying at the DoubleTree here in Denver for work for a couple of weeks now and my stay has been perfect. My favorite part of this hotel is the staff. They're always friendly & accommodating. Rose, Richard, and the rest of the staff at the Hub always make me feel welcome and the service is always perfect.

Fantastic Finally! A hotel with a staff that is worth posting, Shane and River specifically, amazing at the bar, very attentive and nice. I really appreciate their positive energy… I had a long week and both of them were wonderful! Food was excellent. Would recommend uthe snake bites that was glazed with raspberry sauce and the Reuben for the main course. Would recommend.

Great Experience! The stay was great. My partner and I were going for a getaway to connect. The hotel was beautiful. I would say what made it was going to the bar. Shane and River were amazing. They were attentive and friendly. When we asked what to do around the area they recommended amazing places that really made our trip. Customer service is extremely important to me and they absolutely nailed it. They went above and beyond. I’ll make sure to come back with my partner every year as our anniversary
