Great Service The room that I had was clean and organized. The staff is polite and friendly. Sara was very helpful and accommodating. I had no problems using the WiFi. I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay at this hotel again.

RUDLY terrifying manager ( trisa) and DIRTY ROOM! (Used condoms and pop underware. Tresa ( needs to be fired ) Not only did I find used condoms , Underware with pop and the toilet not flushing. But Teresa ( Tracy) who ever the assistant manager is. Had the nerve to scream to me about them being short staffed. When I calmly tried to come resolve the issue. Mind u this lady knows I’m super young and I felt honestly super discriminated. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Not even a motel 6 is that bad.

Disgusting & Rude The worst stay I have ever had at any hotel. Not only is this place filthy but the service from the staff is the absolute worst. There’s always trash, dirty rags, underwear around the hallways. The Wi-Fi connection is awful even with paying an extra $40 for “enhanced Wi-Fi”. The staff could care less and treat you like a nuisance.

Horrible Me and my boyfriend have to stay here because we’re homeless and the price ratings are through the roof for no reason. It says they serve hot breakfast which they don’t. They have a couple of granola bars and crappy coffee. Front desk doesn’t answer when I see the lady in the back room barefoot and picking her feet not answering anyone. This is gross and we’ve been living here for months and haven’t gotten a free day or anything. All we’ve got is horrible service and the prices have went up everyday. This is ridiculous.

The worst place ever I have stayed at 2 extended stays been trying to reach corporate roches,ants,bugs,manger rude Teresa needs to be fired I found trash under the bed when I check in the room Teresa said no house keepers can I clean it up they had move me 3 times and gave me 4 days free thats how bad it was wow this place needs to be shut down even the employees say they be scared to go home and take bugs with them its so unfair how they are taking people money and know the rooms are not right Im praying god step in never in mylife have I seen a hotel like extended stays they all will get what they deserve when answering to God.
