Horrible WiFi While the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly if you are wanting to use the WiFi this is not the place to book. Absolutely horrible internet connections cannot get any work completed if you are thinking about it. Hate to give this review but business traveler stay away.

Pass On This Hotel I was really disappointed in this hotel. It started off at check-in when I had to sign a party policy agreement. This is a huge red flag. I asked the clerk why they had a party policy and it’s apparently because they have hotel parties and kids pool parties frequently in the summer. Apparently a lot of the kids or teens are left unsupervised and they have to call the police “all the time.” While there for the two days of our stay there were a ton of kids but we never noticed any noise or problems from them. In the room the bathroom had tile that was cracked and missing the grout. I almost cut my foot open on the tile. We ended up covering it up with a towel. When I went to take shower there was hair on the wall of the shower and the shower was slow to drain. One of the beds also creaked loudly whenever you moved and appeared broken. The room was very dark with terrible lighting and decor that needs updating. The pillows and mattress were ok. Breakfast could have definitely been better. There were make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, and two “ hot” options. The hot options were a pre-made omelet and sausage. They were out of coffee every time we tried to get some. The breakfast area was also packed. I would recommend if you want breakfast, to get there early. One of the two elevators was also broken and it took forever to get up to our fifth floor room or back down to the first floor. Staff was not especially friendly and seemed annoyed they had to be working Memorial Day weekend. Definitely not worth the money. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

they're not appreciative that we have choices bed was comfortable and shower is great. service lacks folks, sorry to say. we travelers dont want excuses. i wanted to point out to the desk that there was a cheeto and a stir stick on the floor of my room upon check-in but, when I overheard the person in front of me given the excuse that ''supplies are stuck on a ship in the middle of the ocean due to covid'' - well, I gave up. 4 years after the covid kaos and they're STILL using this excuse, do they believe we are stupid? this was coming from a presumed 'manager' who was training a new hire. check out time is noon, well, approximately 10:30am i returned from errands and my digital key wouldn't work, no biggie, the desk made me an old fashioned key to gain access to my room. as i walked away i overheard 1 team member tell the other ''we have to use this other encoder when the room is checked out'' - what? i didn't check out, why did you check me out? i guess its no big deal and I didn't want to endure the possible excuses, so I happily made my way to the room, showered and departed. nice guy and night and [presumably] a trainee in the morning were the only team members who greeted me and thanked me. i gave others a few chances to greet me but, nothing. oh boy!

More than time for an upgrade. While the front desk staff was wonderful... The first clue was the parking lot, the second was the place smelled like really bad air freshener. The beds and pillows were awesome. But the toilet didn't work overnight and I fixed it myself. The shower was too hot and could barely be regulated. There were dried water stains on the bathroom floor. The breakfast area was comfortable and good. We paid way to much for the room. Had we not been so tired we would have left. Perhaps what this place needs is a Caterpillar dozer. Your customers deserve better.

Never stay here!!! By far the worst place we have ever stayed. The shower did not drain well. Scratches all over the sides of the tub (even above my head- maybe knife scratches.. very strange). Room was small for $200/night and no mini fridge. Smell in hallway and was pretty warm. One elevator was down the entire stay and the front desk had no idea- therefore it took forever at the elevator and we were on the 5th floor.
