Great Service and Room The room size was perfect for our family. We had a "King, Double Suite". The people at the front desk when we checked in were really helpful and the people during the breakfast shift. Very helpful making sure we had seating for our 6 small children during breakfast rush. The breakfast had a better varity than expected and better than most for a "Free Breakfast". Best thing at breakfast was the seasoned potatoes. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious and clean hotel some areas for improvement We had the two-bedroom suite which includes a living room, dining area and small kitchen. At 815 square feet and $275 per night, it’s very spacious and fair price. There were three of us so we needed two bedrooms. The hotel and room were very clean and staff very accommodating from cleaning staff to the free hot breakfast service and front desk staffs. Lobby and dining areas are spacious and nicely appointed. I give this property four rather than five stars for the areas of improvement I recommend below: 1. In this non-Covid period, hotel needs to abandon their policy of no room cleaning except for stays of five days or more. I stay over 25 nights per year at hotels and all others have returned to daily or every other day housekeeping. To credit of the housekeeping staff, I see them in our hall area and they did empty our trash and change towels on request. 2. Our front desk agent was unable to split our bill onto three credit cards. She wasn’t familiar with the procedure. Again a first, never had a problem at other hotels. A small annoyance but a second reason. I have a four rather than a five rating. 3. The fitness room is very alert and spacious. It is missing a multipurpose cable machine to really make it complete and useful. While not a deal breaker it’s what distinguishes a four versus a five rating. Great location Staff excellent always friendly. We stay here often and it’s always clean. Checking and out is very easy. Breakfast included. Computer I. The lobby. Water and hot coco is great. We stay here on business usually for a night. Definitely recommend

Is there anything less than 1 star Check in on Sunday. Front desk clerk was nasty. I traveled with my dog and asked about using the stairs as she is afraid of the elevator. Was told stairs are for staff only. Typically when I travel with the dog I avoid the hotel lobby. The clerk said No. Must enter and exit thru lobby. I am firefighter so I know these buildings have fire doors and stairs. It was un-nerving when I checked and found them locked. The hotel is old. Towels, furniture, carpeting, everything is worn out and needs replacing. Even the bathroom sink had hot and cold water taps reversed. Making everything worse is that I spent over $200 to stay in this dump. The night before I was in a 5 star luxury hotel and spent less. I stopped staying at HI awhile ago and last night reminded me why. I may write to corporate. It was THAT bad

Great staff Check in was very easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I needed something later in the evening and she could have easily said no, but helped me out. The room was a great size, lot of pillows, and clean. There's a lot of parking in a well lit lot. The breakfast was great and the person working it was really friendly and great at her job.
