Great service Vesta and Evenson were very helpful. Nice hotel. Happy to be here. Nice pool, nice breakfast, nice rooms, .Staff are excellent. I am here regular guest staying often. Nice restaurants around. Love to be here. Love sunny Florida. Great hotel for busines stay

Cruise convenient, and Conrad! Stayed here prior to cruise. Decent hotel close to airport and cruise port (15 mins from each). Average hotel, average breakfast. One elevator was broken (resulted in long waits for other one) and the lobby restrooms flooded but staff was on it quick. Absolute best part was our shuttle driver, Conrad. He’s the best! Great attitude and actually sang an original reggae song to the passengers. He was amazing! Fine hotel if you’re going on a cruise and just staying overnight.

Will Stay Again! Very clean, welcoming, and accommodating. The front desk staff (CJ especially) was great, even though we were way too early based off when we got off our cruise ship. Our family of five had a great stay in an exceptionally clean room and had a great time in the pool between the cruise and flight home. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Stellar front desk experience Vesna and Cary are a wonderful Front Desk team and went above and beyond! Thank you so much for making our stay an excellent experience despite our situation. We would definitely recommend this location purely for the outstanding customer service provided. Can’t even get that at a higher-end hotel.

Never Again American Airlines booked this room for us after a canceled flight. Rooms were spacious. Check in was very slow but front desk clerks were friendly. Although, neither provided much information about hotel or airport shuttle or breakfast without being prompted. Check out went nicely and hotel clerk was very informative about airport shuttle and when it would be arriving and even agreed to help set up other transportation to airport if needed since the shuttle was busier than expected and running behind. Biggest complaint was that our room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was HORRIBLE. It blasted you in the face as soon as we opened the door and walked in. The longer we stayed the worse it got. The smell gave my two children headaches. I started wondering if this hotel had smoking rooms and we just got booked into one. We tried to just deal with it. But it got so bad that I got sick in the middle of the night. My husband went to the lobby around 2am to get me a Sprite and some crackers and complained to the desk clerk. The response was “we have smoke alarms.”
