Very well pleased. Great facility! Extremely clean, and very well maintained. No spots on carpets in rooms or halls, and no spots on couch in room. Bathroom pristine cleanliness. Clean elevator. Not fancy of course, but it exceeds in the class of hotel it is designed to be. I would definitely stay again should I be overnight in the area.

Very Good for Hotel Type Reasonably priced, great check in/out staff, nice overall room. Clean aside from a few stains on curtains and carpet. Very limited supplies (no lotion, kleenex), really liked the pillows and while the bed was a little firm for my taste, it was comfortable enough. Very low water pressure, little planes fly right overhead. Nice little kitchennette set up and they supply enough towels as opposed to just two! With food smells from cooking, it's wonderful that you can crack the window for a little fresh air! I'd probably stay again if in town for one or two nights.

Run!!!! It was awful! First room had roaches and then the second room had roaches. Management didn't care so I cut my stay short with this hotel. Wish i could attach pictures. I even brought the roaches to the front desk and they didn't seem concerned.

Some things could have been better, but they served their purpose. The stay was average, to say the least. Small beds. Some of the people behind the counter are rude. Their rooms are not up to par. The lamps are broken, the mirror should be replaced, and they should recaulk around the tub to get the old moldy stuff out of there. Other than that, things were okay. Oh, they aren't serving breakfast even though they have signs that say they do.

Good budget stay. Very Clean Stayed here the night of January 30th, 2022 while visiting friends in Cape Coral. It is odd that you need to do the $50 deposit, but it gets returned if there is no problem. The place and the room was very clean and comfortable, that being said, it is budget, so no real luxuries. But, you get what you need and it includes a nice kitchen and sitting room, etc. The mattress was a bit on the hard side, but we slept ok. Liked the staff and maintenance was very good.
