icky avoid dirty and old rooms in desperate need of update 10 years ago with soiled chairs and dirty carpet, meanwhile still using COVID as an excuse for restaurant not being open. not deserving of the Marriott brand (maybe not even Motel 6), avoid.

Pretty good. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. There were several issues with check in which were ultimately resolved, though frustrating. Every time we went to the pool I had to call because there were never any clean towels.

Nice hotel but terrible restaurant. Our room was small, but adequate and we had a small balcony we could use. the front desk staff was pleasant. However, forget about getting something to eat in the restaurant. We had a table of 8 on a Friday evening and were the only customers in the restaurant. They had only three choices on the menu. Six of the 8 of us ordered hamburgers. Only half of the hamburgers came cooked as we ordered and the sides were all messed up. One order was sent back three times and still didn't come back cooked well done as requested. No one offered to take drink orders. When one of our party went to the bar in an attempt to buy a bottle of wine for our table, she waited 15 minutes before someone showed up to take her order. There were only 3 or 4 other people at the bar. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday. For breakfast, you can order one of three items the night before and pick them up in a bag at the front desk in the morning. The burrito was terrible, so we stuck with yogurt parfaits after the first morning.

Not worth it Just checked into the Denver Marriott West hotel. I usually don't use Marriott so gave it a try. Internet NOT free. Cost $14.95/day. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel that didn't have free WiFi and didn't think they existed anymore, but they do and this hotel is one of them. No complimentary breakfast. Pretty routine at most other hotels. Room was a little smaller than I'm used to for comparable price. No microwave. Won't be using Marriott again for a long time, if ever again

Wish I would have stayed somewhere else! This place really sucked. Everything was outdated. There were cracks in the walls in the bathroom, there was no microwave or fridge and the single-serve room coffee pot was broken. The continental breakfast was crappy, bread and bagels were hard and there no eggs or waffles. The pool closed at 8 and there were dirty towels laying everywhere and nobody was at the pool. The next night I stayed at the Quality Inn in Limon and it had everything that Marriott lacked including more television channels and I spent a lot less money. I am totally disappointed. If I could I would leave this place is 0 Stars.
