Clarion Pointe Greensboro Airport

Great Place to Stay! We were recently displaced from our home due to Hurricane Helene in Hendersonville NC. We traveled East after getting out to find a hotel to stay at. Every hotel in each town we came to was booked or didn't have power or supplies due to the devastation of this hurricane. We finally found Clarion Pointe Greensboro Airport. We were tired from the drive and the events from the past 24 hours. When we arrived, Melissa at the front desk made us feel so comfortable and we could feel her empathy with our situation. Thank you so much! From the time we arrived until the time we were able to get back home (1 week) we were met and cared for by the best staff! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, nice and quiet and if we needed anything they were beyond courteous and helpful always with a smile on their faces. Thank you Evitta (AGM) & Al (GM). The continental breakfast each morning was very good. The serving dishes were kept full and a great variety of breakfast foods. Elizabeth R and Elizabeth V your hard work was so appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about these folks and this hotel. They made us feel like family when we really needed that. The nightly rates were very reasonable, and we will definitely go back, when we are in a better place to be able to see some of the sites the area has to offer. May God Bless you all!

On Point Stay Room was updated, clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early after waiting about 30 minutes for room to be cleaned. Afternoon associate, Mary Lyn, was very friendly. The area was close to lots of other hotels and in what looked like a safe area. The only con was breakfast. Eggs were not good, biscuits were hard and coffee was too weak. Waffles were great and saved the morning. Did not use the pool but it was clean. I would return! Room tip, ask for a room away from highway.

Southern hospitality at its best We chose this hotel as it was conveniently located for our planned activities. We were there for 4 days & totally enjoyed. Before we arrived had requested early ck in and Mary responded immediately that it had been arranged. We were greeted by Timothy..our suite was ready and everything was in order. We also interacted with Maria & Pat on front desk. Staff were courteous & helpful. Good sleep as bed & pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of offerings (hot & cold) and the lady in charge kept the area neat & well stocked. Many restaurants within 15 mins drive. I would recommend this hotel.

Great staff, reasonable price, good hotel April at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful. We forgot luggage and she provided toiletries for free. * Good hot free breakfast * Clean room and safe area * Comfortable beds * Reasonable price * 3 minute walk to Dunkin Donuts. Easy drive to highway and airport Only complaint was I wish the shower water pressure on the fourth floor was higher

Very accommodating and courteous. I checked in on Wed. 4/17/24 and I was staying for two nights b/c my wife and I were in the area for our anniversary. Upon checking in we decided to stay an extra night in the same room, but the desk attendant said they didn't have the same type room available that Friday night. I made reservations through booking.com for that Friday night and there was another room available despite what I'd been told. When April's shift started she checked for me and said that the same room would be available and she passed the information on to Marilyn (for her relief shift). Both April and Marilyn were very accommodating and courteous throughout our stay.
