The Price is Right for Beach Access We recently stayed 4 nights over the 4th of July in a corner suite. The room was perfect for 2 adults in the king and the pull out sofa bed was ideal for the kids. Overall the room was really nice & spacious. The location is phenomenal, right on the main strip close to shops, food, and most importantly a short walk from beach access. There were two areas that anyone should know about: 1. The parking can be difficult, especially after 5pm 2. The included breakfast is mediocre at best Also, they are currently going through a remodel so there are some areas blocked off and noise during the day; not an issue if you're out & about most of the day.

Summer Debriefing Conference Weather & view was fantastic! The conference area was ideal for small group in attendance. Equipment, technology proximity to sights also made this location and housing a good choice for this summarization of the previous year, while engaging in thought for the upcoming sessions.

I picked this hotel cause I wanted a hot breakfast, cheaper price, and access to the beach. For the price I would say you get wh Honest review 1. Construction entire lobby. It will be nice once finished. 2. One outdoor pool all guests- needs tile grout cleaning. The temperature of the water was good. 3. Breakfast was not like the picture. Cold potatoes, eggs, sausage pancakes each day with fruit. 4. 2 elevators can get busy at breakfast. 5. A lot of sand in beds and floor. The maids would make beds and put out tissue paper and such but didn't sweep or change linens. The 2 queen beds felt like 2 regular standard beds. I kept falling out of bed. 6. The shower knob has to be played with to get the correct temperature. Rotate it back and forth. 7. Rusty stain in shower 8. Facet water forcefully comes out in sink No fan in bathroom. 9. We didn't hear noise till 8am when families would slam doors getting to the breakfast or we heard the men filling up then pool 10. Parking is really not good. If you aren't lucky to get a spot in the front or side then that means walking down a gravel road behind the building 11. The beach is right across the street but there isn't a walkway so, you will have to wait and run in-between traffic. 12. We are on third floor and ice machines are only on the 2nd and 4th floor. 13. Bike rentals available in parking lot.

Great Choice for Value and Beach Access Really liked this place. It was as close as you can get to the beach without being oceanfront, and the price is reasonable as a result. We requested a larger balcony that you can sit on.but when we arrived, it looked like it was just another stand-on balcony. Word to the wise - you can't see the large part of the balcony if you are in a corner room. It looks totally tiny, BUT you can walk along to the corner and there is a lovely balcony with two chairs and a table! (Our room was 400.) Great place to sit and enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine! The decor was nice, appreciated the microwave & fridge, and our room was very clean. There was no lobby to speak of due to renovation, but that was not a problem for us. Breakfast was ordinary, but enough to get you started. We sat at the pool at breakfast time, and used the outdoor shower after hitting the beach post checkout. Grand Hilton Head Inn has a very convenient location, and the bike rental in the parking lot is helpful, too. We would return.

Wonderful stay I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!
