Amazing staff! The hotel was nice it was conveniently located we love being able to use our phone as a key and picking our room prior to check in. The breakfast buffet is typical for a hotel like this it was clean and served its purpose we would have probably scored the hotel a little bit lower just because it's a little dated however Cabrina Martin who works the evenings at the front desk has proven to be a true professional and a amazing example of hospitality in the hotel industry. If we are ever back in this area we will stay here again. Well done.

Won’t be coming here ever again! Overall bad experience from the beginning of our family weekend getaway. Dave was the friendliest of all staff including the breakfast staff. My brother walked in and instead of being welcomed and greeted nicely, the front desk lady (Tracy)assumed he was there to use the pool without being a hotel guest, which he did have a room there. He was profiled before he can even walk up to the desk and check in. On top of this, the elevator was out of order. The whole 3 days we had to walk up and down the stairs. The breakfast was included but not really worth it. Your best bet is McDonalds or IHOP down the street. I took my kids to the pool, 3-5ft. Not bad for a small hotel, no hot tub, and also no towels available at pool area. Had to walk all the way to front desk for towels, which they barely wanted to give any saying the 3 they gave me was all they had left. Worst experience ever. They can do better and I hope they do for other families. We will definitely never come back and won’t refer anyone to this location.

**Attention** avoid this place ! Worst Experience in my life . My family vacation was ruined from the moment I stepped into the facility. The level of customer service is horrible starting with management and the employees . As soon as I stepped inside, the front desk agent , Tracy is starring at me as if I was lost and doesn’t even care to greet me or make my family feel welcomed - assumes I am trespassing and wanting to get in the pool . My daughters feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed as well . The next day, we address this issue with management , Irfam Miam and he does not show any form of respect to his clients or empathy . His level of customer services and persona speaks volumes . Automatically defends his employee and finds any excuse to support her behavior . States that the staff shouldn’t be obligated to greet customers or make them feel welcomed . What a guy . Never ever bring your family to this place . Stay away !

Bad experience from the moment we walked in! Worst experience ever received at a Hilton hotel and I’ve stayed at several Hilton Hotels. The front desk agent as well as the regional manager were not accommodating or friendly at all. For instance, we were not greeted when we walked in the hotel, the front desk agent profiled us as if we were people who were trying to enter the hotel just to use the pool. The elevators were not working, the smell of the hallways was bad. When we explained this to the Regional Manager he told us that “they do not greet guests because some guest do not like that” which is the worst excuse I have ever heard. Guest are supposed to be greeted and welcome all the time, it creates a better experience to guest that stays in the hotel. We had to teach that to the regional manager. Lastly, after explaining the bad experience from the front desk agent to the manager, all he said was that “it’s your word against ours and that they will check cameras” not even an apology from the regional manager. We will never stay at this hotel again!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My stay here was absolutely HORRENDOUS, there was someone else blood on my shower, dead bugs all on top of the air conditioner and when I complained to Ifran the GM he got mad and tried to shut me up because I was using friends and family discount, he told me I’m not allowed to complain and to pretty much deal with it. I showed him pictures and everything. He was very rude and dismissive to me. When I told him I was going to complain and show the pictures he had me removed off friends and family discount and I don’t care. I have every right to complain when someone else blood is on the shower in the room I’m staying in and still paying for, the dead bugs were horrible, I couldn’t tell if they were ants or gnats. The towels were dingy and had stains on them. The elevator didn’t work and he never bothered to tell us this. The ice machine only works on the first floor. Under the sink in the bathroom was moldy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Before I was able to use this discount I always stayed at the Marriott and never had problems, I will go back to staying at the Marriott. Photos attached I have to say Izzy was very very nice
