Great Stay We stayed here for a hockey tournament. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The manager checked on us throughout our stay to see if there was anything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept. The location was safe and convenient. Would stay here again.

Nothing special The pictures online are misleading. The hotel is just average. The rooms are old/dated, not very nice, and the carpets didn’t seem very clean in the room. There was also lots of highway noise since the hotel is right on the highway. Overall the stay wasn’t horrible, but I definitely expected it to be a nicer hotel than it was.

Family wedding stay First time at this location. We were part of a large wedding party. All of our family was pleased with the level of service. We will definitely consider the Hyatt family of hotels in future. I was not recognized as a Hyatt rewards member upon check in.

Great experience Stayed at Hoffmann Hyatt in Chicago last 3 times an loved it everyone was very helpful with our needs an concerns will definitely be staying again as we visit our Son and Daughter in law 3 to 4 times a year love the Chicago area so much to do an see an the many restaurants is unbelievable

Affordable, comfortable spot Hyatt Place is one of my Go To places for work. I frequently work in Hoffman Estates and I need a comfy place to land. The manager, Heather, is amazing, the front desk staff are friendly, and breakfast is solid and delicious. I also love the brand of shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. If you have a problem there, which I did one week, Heather will go above and beyond to make it right. The building is old, so there are some things she can’t control. But she will.make it up to you. Love this place!
