Great hotel to rest Very near to the airport and there is a shuttle :) The bed is very comfortable, and I did not have any issues with the check in / check out process.

Horrible Breakfast This property was not at all clean. The breakfast was just for the hell of it. They had the same microwaved eggs with cheese.

Poor experience as the reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful I stayed on July 11th and 12th. As I travel frequently, I chose this hotel due to its renowned brand and proximity to DFW airport. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience as the reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, except for the lady working until midnight.

It was nice and quiet Nice and quiet and clean place to spend the night if your flight was cancelled or if you have a layover flight

Not a very organized hotel Check in was ok. We took rental car back to Hertz and then Car rental bus to airport to get the shuttle. Called hotel at 5:52 pm for shuttle and they did not arrive until 7:10 pm. I had to call back twice and they kept saying they are on there way. Also room only has one lamp and that is between the two double beds. Room is very very dark. I would not recommend.
