DONT STAY HERE!!! Unsafe!! I WONT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN PERIOD!!!! When you stay at a hotel, you were supposed to feel safe and secure and treated with respect!! The lady at the front desk o charged my card in additional $250 the next day the following day! she talked to me with the most disrespectful tone I’ve ever encountered and I work in customer service on the daily basis!! They literally watched my minor leave the room go outside. They watched her come back in and followed her on the camera till she came back into the room. They denied and violated the ada laws of ky denied a veteran to stay due to a licensed certified service dog!! I will be contacting the ada, my lawyer, BBB, govern of ky and labor board too!!! To charge someone 600$ is absurd and illegal! I work for credit card processor and once I alert my leaders to this they will file complaint with visa mc and discover! To disrespect a veteran is out of line they scarified the lives for you and this country!!!

Bad Experiences hence Everything was fine when I paid in cash . I paid in card the money is gone from my account mind you they try to charge it several times . It was paid for ! Not only that even after it was paid for and approved , they still tried to charge the card for a different amount atleast 5/6 times .fast forward to checking out . Mind you I have to get on the road . It’s been about 30 minutes now . The money was gone , and then after complaining she says it’s their mistake . Doesn’t offer anything or nothing . Just really ready to go but just be cautious !!!

Average Service wasn't the best but the stay was fine. I had 4 rooms reserved and held with my credit card. Instead of waiting until we checked in to charge each couple for their room, they charged all four rooms to me prior to our arrival. When asked if they would reverse 3 of them to make things easier for everyone... nope. An inconvenience for sure but it all worked out in the end. The rooms were clean, the bed slept good. Overall an average stay.

Horrifying. Honestly, this was the most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It looks like somebody died in my bed and directly below is a blood stain. I did not notice the blood on the bed until the last night. When I arrived, I didn’t realize the toilet was clogged and I went to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I called down to the front desk and asked for a plunger. I was told that they weren’t sure if they had one, but if they did they would call me back. They ended up calling me 15 minutes later to tell me that they found one, but I need to come get it myself-kind of crazy! I was handed a DIRTY plunger and had to bring it to my hotel room. Then I sat on the couch and put my hand in this white stuff. There was a large handprint on the nightstand clearly, was not cleaned . Most likely poop all over the wall in the bathroom, moldy curtains, stains on the lampshades. Upon check out, I was asked how the stay was and I said that the room was horrible and I showed the 2 women the pictures. They said oh boy well I wish we heard about that sooner. I said I’m from Massachusetts and had to come here for a funeral and I was not in any capacity to move rooms or address this because my aunt just died and I’m devastated. They just printed my receipt and that was it. Terrible terrible customer service, hotel and room.

Just Okay Great location. Carpet in our room was nasty. Stains all over it,bathtub chipped,no closet to hang our clothes. There were no forks to eat with at breakfast. Coffee was great. Tim,at the desk,was extremely friendly and nice.
