Did Not Meet Our Expectations Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness of our room and response by hotel staff left a sour taste. Bathroom floor was not clean. The sheets had multiple hairs when we pulled them back and when we called the front desk, we were told there were no other rooms and no housekeeping available. We were able to get clean sheets and put them on ourselves. We requested daily housekeeping when we checked in (front desk asked us if we wanted it), but this did not happen. Outside of the room, the evening reception was a nice touch, and the breakfast had an array of foods to choose from. Parking was good and felt safe. This hotel will not be a first-choice pick when visiting Lexington again.

Tired Hotel - Needs Work This hotel is clean and not offending but the restaurant and rooms are tired and need some updating. Our room had no sink stopper so anything (like a diamond ring) would go right down the drain if dropped. The hand soap dispenser was falling off the wall and there was an open light fixture in the shower that could be hazardous. The restaurant and bar have outdated dark decor with worn furniture and outdated carpet. The restaurant hours are very limited and we only ate appetizers there. The breakfast is very good. There are no good restaurants near the hotel. The closest ones are in downtown. I was very disappointed in the $15/day parking fee. This is self parking in an open unsecured lot. This is purely a money grab by management.

Quiet, Clean rooms with beautiful lobby Nice garden open air lobby with clean comfortable rooms. Rooms have extra space for living/extra sleeping if needed. Our room was also extremely quiet even though they were crowded. Also, the breakfast was wonderful with options for omelets and pancakes to order.

Not what it used to be I’ve always loved Embassy for the comfort, beautiful lobby areas and quality happy hour and breakfast. This stay was mixed. The rate of 290.00 for a non holiday or major event Saturday night was high but worth it with the freebies. 20$ for parking in an area that isn’t walkable to any main attraction is questionable. The room was average due to very dated furnishings and less than optimal cleaning. It was very average. But the price tag was far above. A bit disappointed

Definitely will recommend The room I stayed in was small with charm. On the first floor it's beautiful being able to open your curtains to look at the water fountains in the middle of the hotel. The pricing was decent. When traveling with a pet it was a bit pricey ($75). The hotel's pool had a lot of clorine in it. Overall it was a nice place with breakfast included.
