This place is falling apart Parking garage had a broken gate allowing any one access to the garage. It was full of trash and dark. Room was out- dated. Shampoo bottle from previous guest still in tub. Water would not shut off completely.

Ok but not great We had no toilet paper in the room. The lady at the front desk would not answer the phone. When I called the next morning after we left about my nephew's hoodie, they acted as though they were gonna get it for us. They waited til 4 pm when we picked it up to even go after it. Then woudln't let me go with her upstairs to get it even after I told her it was an expensive hoodie. She was very rude.

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen My parents booked us this hotel for us online as it looked promisingly good. You literally drive up to the parking garage and the gate is broken off of it. On the second floor there was literally a car with a broken out back window and all of the tires were taken off of it. We go to the elevator and we had to press the button 10 times for it to work and when we did the foul smell just overwhelmed us. We had two littles that were asleep and a very large bag so we couldn’t just walk down the parking garage so we stepped into the elevator. Well inside the elevator there was a dirty used condom trash old rotten food wrappers etc. when we got off the elevator we went inside the back sliding door to get on the inside elevator well in there, there was literally fresh dog pee that overwhelmed everyone on there. Instead of the employees cleaning it up they literally put a caution wet floor sign because they were too lazy to clean it up. Our rooms smelt like cigar smoke and there was no hot water at all. Floors looked like they have not been vacuumed in a month.

"Breakfast" Consists of Cold Muffins The young lady at check-in was courteous, patient & professional. Not the Manager though. She didn't greet any guests as she passed wearing thigh-high boots, tight jeans & a T-shirt. So unprofessional.
