NASTY--BEYOND NASTY!! ??⚠️WHERE IS THE LUBBOCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT⚠️????!!! ___HOTEL FROM HELL _HORRIBLE CAN NOT DESCRIBE THE NASTYNESS OF THIS HOTEL!! YOU CAN CATCH A DIESESE ☢️☣️FROM THIS RANCHY SICK _ HOTEL.. Plunger _ on air conditioner. Muddy footprint _ on sheets- holes in the wall- dirty towels..Yuck- Yuck - Yuck!!! They probably don't even let their own family stay there!!!

Beautiful experience The room was very nicely done and the housekeeping staff was very helpful and they accommodate me with great customer service and respect and courtesy. I will come back again Thank you very much for a job well done and excellent service. Greatly appreciated

Shots fired There was a shootout outside of my room. I had a bullet hole in my door. The water rarely worked and it was dirty as all get out when I checked in. I got robbed sitting outside because that's the only place the wifi worked. Shady criminals at all hours loud and not cares for the other guest. Don't stay here.

Avoid at all cost First room had no TV at all no towels or rags second room was dirty sheets no batteries in remote front desk wouldn't answer phone

AVOID THIS PLACE!! i booked and prepaid online thru Wyndam,, when i got there, no room availabe, fighting for refund... AVOID!!!
