Loved this motel: clean, comfortable and charming! Love this place - so clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful extras that we didn’t expect for the price. We weren’t bothered by noise or early light, thanks to ear plugs and darkening shades (as well as light privacy shades) on the windows. While we didn’t need a refrigerator or microwave for our short stay, it is very nice that those conveniences are available. The pool looked inviting and the outdoor chairs for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee are a nice touch.

Always know we have a nice clean friendly place to stay. We have been staying here every time we visit family, since we discovered it a few years ago. Our children and their children also stay here, when we come up to visit family. It is friendly, clean and run by a wonderful family that has been kind to our family as well. Great Stay in Martinez We've stayed at Muir Lodge multiple times in the past year or so. Their front desk people are always friendly and very accommodating. If you ask nicely they are also flexible with their check in and out policies within reason, which is always a big help because most of our stays are for business and our hours and needs vary. The rooms are alway very clean, TV's are big, ice machine always works and the beds are super comfortable. There's not much more we could ask for, which is why we always return. Thanks Muir Lodge!

Clean, Basic Motel in Good Location I have stayed at the Muir Lodge a few times over the past years, for business meetings in the area... A great convenient place to stay. Always clean with the basic needs covered. Friendly and well maintained. Highly recommend.
