I love staying at the Local House! I love love love staying at the Local House! It’s just a few steps from the beach, the people who work here are warm, the food is great (I eat here almost every day), and the rooms are amazing! They have extra pillows, robe and slippers… their attention to detail is incredible. This is my 4th time staying here. I am never disappointed!!

Reviews and Ratings Speak for Themselves!! Service is great. Amenities were amazing. Location is great. Umbrellas and chairs were a huge plus especially if you’re visiting. House keepers were top tier. Highly recommend and the reviews and high ratings speak for themselves. 9.5/10

Wonderful boutique hotel The hotel is one boutique place very nice decor with good services, the rooftop swimming pool is quiet and very sunny with sea view. The manager Katherine and the rest of staff is very helpful and always prepare to give you indications about visits in Miami Beach, the additional service of chairs and umbrella at the beach is one nice to have for the guests I will be back

Amazing experience Amazing place! Would highly recommend staying here, the staff were amazing and the room was huge for Miami and the pool was awesome! The location was great, it was so easy to walk to walk to the beach and go out and explore. The staff were so great!

Perfect Location in South Beach This hotel is perfect! It’s about 2 blocks south of the main strip of ocean drive and 1 block to the beach. It is a quiet, peaceful spot, that is very family friendly. Beach chair and umbrella set up on the beach are included with your resort fee. Staff is super friendly. Didn’t try restaurant but looked delicious!
