Family Vacation We used this time to travel for vacation and seeing family members we don't get to see that often. It was good to find accommodations at an affordable price.

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH THIS Hotel (Motel) needs so much work. One Star is too much! 1) The staff (Ariagna) is a horrible person who needs to be in the back away from patrons. Very condescending with NO customer service skills. 2) The elevator was out of service and we were on the 4th floor. 3) The entire hotel (motel) needs to be renovated. 4) Someone needs to clean the pool of all the leaves & debire. 5) Have bilingual housekeeper. It shouldn't take 3 people to understand "pool towel" 6) The so called Breakfast was garbage, take it off your site.

La Quinta Miami Lakes The hotel needs to be refurbished. I requested a price match and I received a confirmation email for my requested, but never received a follow up. Why offer the price match program if there is no follow up?

This could be a nice place, BUT Good location but this hotel is consistently not clean. Floors are dirty, elevator has loose hanging panels. There is an odor like a locker room. Maintenance and housekeeping need to be seriously improved.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at We booked this hotel for 2 weeks and as soon as we got in the lift and the hallway leading to our room, my heart sank as everywhere was dark, stained carpet and it looked outdated. We walked into our room and it smelt of mould and it was dirty, The A/C wasn’t working and the water was not working probably in the shower. Within an hour I was at the reception to complain. I checked out the following day. DO NOT STAY at this hotel at any costs.
